Perfect location, great staff, and mainly perfect view.

The bath tub view was like a dream come true… staff was great, restaurants were great, views were great, and the room felt very luxurious.
Amazing from the time we set foot in. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
It was nice and spacious lovely airy colours and had all the necessary amenities. The views were breathtaking. You can see the Baloons taking off at sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was an exceptionally amazing stay. The rooms are creative, aesthetically super pleasing and very well done. We stayed during winter and the cosy feeling, the warm temperatures (compared to outside), the fireplace, it was such a pleasant experience!

2人で寝転んでも十分な広さのダブルベッドです。冷暖房は床暖房式で、外気温7℃風速15mの天気でしたが暖かく快適に過ごせました。風呂場もおしゃれで水圧水温共に日本と遜色ないです。

受付の人がとても親切でした。帰りの空港までのシャトルの手配や朝食が食べれない(朝8時から11時なためフライトに間に合わない可能性があった)ためサンドイッチとりんごとお茶が入ったランチボックスを準備してもらえました
ここは1人で泊まるのも楽しかったですが、夫婦やカップルで泊まりに来ることを強くお勧めします。楽しめること間違いなしです

*My intention is NEVER to discredit the location. My focus is to ensure that the hotel follows the proper cleaning guidance for the hotel guests who spend large amounts. I am a detail-oriented person, so I may have noticed things more keenly than others.*
Cleanliness: the main reason I chose this hotel and the room was for the pool. Unfortunately to us, the pool was dirty with floating particles that the hotel explained it's from the rock debris. When I reported this concern, the hotel staff came in 30 minutes to clean it. However, it was gonna take 2+ hours, but we had to deny it because of an early tour the next morning. As much as they can explain what that was, no, it's not rock debris from the ceiling. Rock debris will sink. These floating particles were something else (if you know what I mean)... we could see them well because of the lights inside of the pool. We just felt gross being in the water. The hotel offered half off on our reservation, but it was unfortunate to experience it since we only booked for one night. Also, the bottom of the fan had thick dust on it. This told me that the room wasn't being cleaned properly.
Temperature: because of the warm pool and humidity, the entire room was extremely hot and humid. We had to open the windows all night and had to hear the damn stray dogs barking all morning.
