Cons:

Attention, il n’y a pas une piscine accessible à tout le monde. Il y a des mini piscines qui sont dans des chambres individuelles qu’il faut donc choisir à la reservation

THE place to stay.
Pros:

Fantastic location, all details well taken care, very friendly staff, maybe the best view in town.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel, but one of the neighbouring establishments in the valley had some high volume.music one night.... I believe city / municipality can bring some sound limits not to spoil guests experience.

Pros:

I believe the hotel was excellent in terms of location and comfort. The view from the room was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help if you had any questions or needed assistance.
The Millocal restaurant we experienced was outstanding. We also visited other restaurants in the area that were Michelin-starred, but none of them could be compared to this one. If you have time, I highly recommend trying the restaurant—and make sure to order the rice pudding for dessert. Words are not enough to describe it.

Pros:

Loved the location and the super friendly staff. The bed was so wide and comfortable, and they even brought us an extra blanket when we asked.The best part was our room — we could actually light the fireplace, which made it so cozy. Plus, we had an amazing view of the valley with all the balloons right from our window!
The breakfast was awesome. It’s not a buffet; they set the table specifically for you, which felt very special. The view of the valley during breakfast is just stunning! I also really liked the toiletries (turkish brand Atelier Rebul).
The staff were so helpful and kind. Every time we called to ask for water or to help us light the fireplace, they were always very friendly and quick to help. Everything was perfect, highly recommend!

Pros:

非常棒的酒店，非常棒的员工
套房很大，住四个成人也绰绰有余，特殊的洞穴风格令人着迷
酒店地理位置离乌奇萨城堡很近，不在格雷梅小镇上，有种宁静的感觉
三月中入住时积雪仍未化完，四点起床去热气球时看到山谷里的月亮照在积雪上，是难忘的景色
酒店的餐厅也非常优秀，早餐丰盛异常，晚餐也很好吃

successful overall, I'd strongly advise against staying in theground-floor courtyard facing rooms
Pros:

This is a hotel I have chosen repeatedly, and overall, it continues to deliver a high standard in terms of rooms, cuisine, and general service.

Cons:

However, my most recent stay was notably compromised by the room location. I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the courtyard, near the reception area, where the noise level was simply unacceptable.

Late at night — even around 2 a.m. — loud conversations from the courtyard carried directly into the room, including guests speaking on the phone at an excessive volume. Early in the morning, noise from staff activities, particularly housekeeping, further disrupted any sense of rest.

What is particularly disappointing is that despite raising this issue with reception, no follow-up or resolution was provided.

Unforgettable stay that exceeded our expectations in every way
Pros:

From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. Especially Elif Nur and Ozlem were incredibly helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay.
The hotel is beautifully designed, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout. It was snowing during our visit, which made the whole experience feel truly magical.
The hotel also has a restaurant serving local cuisine, as well as a separate Italian restaurant, offering a nice variety of dining options. The local restaurant is about 5 minutes away, and they provide a complimentary shuttle service. At the Italian restaurant, I tried the pizza, pasta, and tiramisu.. all of them were delicious.
Even though we stayed for 4 nights, it still didn’t feel like enough..we would definitely love to come back again.

Our exceptional experience with Millstone began the moment I initiated my room reservation. Mr. Batin demonstrated remarkable patience in detailing the various room types and diligently worked to accommodate my requests.

Upon our arrival, Mr. Homdi and Mr. Fatih extended a warm welcome, and every aspect of our stay was impeccable.

The breakfast service was truly outstanding;
I would rate it 100 stars if possible.
