Unforgettable stay that exceeded our expectations in every way
Pros:

From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. Especially Elif Nur and Ozlem were incredibly helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay.
The hotel is beautifully designed, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout. It was snowing during our visit, which made the whole experience feel truly magical.
The hotel also has a restaurant serving local cuisine, as well as a separate Italian restaurant, offering a nice variety of dining options. The local restaurant is about 5 minutes away, and they provide a complimentary shuttle service. At the Italian restaurant, I tried the pizza, pasta, and tiramisu.. all of them were delicious.
Even though we stayed for 4 nights, it still didn’t feel like enough..we would definitely love to come back again.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, kendimizi gerçekten çok iyi hissettik. Restoranı ve kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Otelin mimari detayları ise çok etkileyici ve özenli. Kapadokya’nın ruhunu hissettiren çok güzel bir otel. Tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Our exceptional experience with Millstone began the moment I initiated my room reservation. Mr. Batin demonstrated remarkable patience in detailing the various room types and diligently worked to accommodate my requests.

Upon our arrival, Mr. Homdi and Mr. Fatih extended a warm welcome, and every aspect of our stay was impeccable.

The breakfast service was truly outstanding;
I would rate it 100 stars if possible.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Millstone and its remarkable team!

Excellent hotel, nice and warm staff
Pros:

All excellent. The room was very spacious, with excellent sound and weather isolation, very clean and new. Don’t have anything to complain as it’s a first-class accommodation. The staff has been very helpful, organizing a hot air balloon tour in the last minute.

非常棒，下次来还会选择这家酒店。
Pros:

地理位置绝佳，入住的套房可以看到城堡，可以眺望远处的山峰和雪山，可惜入住期间阴雨天气没有热气球（天气好可以看到的）。酒店的餐厅是意大利餐厅，早餐非常丰盛好吃，尝试了晚餐也非常惊艳（重点推荐招牌披萨和红酒）。套房本身非常棒，所见即所得，设施很好、也很整洁，体检满分。

Best relaxing getaway
Pros:

Amazing from the time we set foot in. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
It was nice and spacious lovely airy colours and had all the necessary amenities. The views were breathtaking. You can see the Baloons taking off at sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

BREAKFAST! It’s unbelievable how generous they are with the quality and quantity.. also the view is amazing..
comfy cozy rooms. That whole cave vibe is great.
Location can’t be better.
Staff so nice and helpful.

Cons:

Housekeeping - they never restocked anything (except tea and water). You have to ask reception for the things you need..

素敵な空間

お部屋はとても素敵で、細かいところまで配慮が行き届いてるホテルでしたので、居心地よく過ごせました。

A perfect romantic getaway location.
Pros:

It was an exceptionally amazing stay. The rooms are creative, aesthetically super pleasing and very well done. We stayed during winter and the cosy feeling, the warm temperatures (compared to outside), the fireplace, it was such a pleasant experience!
