Det är okej med att personaler attityd, de försökte hjälpa oss så gott som de kan göra och trevlig mot oss. Priset är okej också.
När jag kom in hotellet, det finns inte WiFi på rummet och saknar frukost trots det står upp på som jag bokade hemsidan. Jag tycker WC är dålig, för att dusch har inte "dörr". Och rummet har inte skåp med dörr, det betyder att de personal eller gäst kan se mina kläder. Samt nära hotellet har inte något att hitta en bra affär eller mall, om man vill dit så vi måste gå 20 minuter till en bra mall eller åka till en andra mall minst 20-30 minuter.

The reception lady is not friendly at all. Even when we asked to be moved to a different room because our room didn't have wifi access, she refused. We work remotely and had to sit by the corridors to access wifi and work

Wen making a booking I received confirmation that we will have Breakfast and snack bar. Which I have screenshots of but the reception lady said no there's no breakfast and no Microwave

Actually i was supposed to attend a exhibition at Bitec Bang na Bangkok so i choose this hotel and booked it, when i arrive here i faced below terrible difficulties.
1. A fat guy at the reception treat me as a begger, he didn't answer to me properly. Very rude behaviour from that piggy guy.
2. The hotel is interior from the road, even the street food lady from the corner of the hotel doesn't know it is Happyland Hotel.
3. No proper transport at all. Inconvenient totally
Hereby i request expedia to do not recommend this hotel to public people and put them in trap.

We want to warn people of Happyland Mansion Bangkok.
We had booked a stay there for July 16.-31. but after 3 nights we gave up and moved to another hotel. The reason was so many things were bad that we could not stand it anymore. The rooms were dirty as was all the hotel apart from the reception area, the whole house stank from sewage stinks, we think it likely from an open sewer, the WIFI was turning off repeatedly for long times, the toilet leaked so the floor there had puddles, the water heater (for making coffee) did not boil the water, the AC was so loud we could not sleep (like a broken car motor) so we had a choice between kept awake by heat or noise.
We asked for a refund for the remaining balance, but the answer was NO.
So, in our opinion this hotel is inoperable!
We have come here three times and travelled all around the world, but never have we stayed in a worse place.
Finally, no one is above criticism and we have not received any excuses.
