Room was suitable and generally comfortable. Ants in kitchen/bathroom space; keycard didn't work.

The kitchen and bathroom both had lots of ants. The key card that was supposed to be scanned to get in/out of the main doors to the building did not work. Internet was okay. Location is good.

Pros:

The staffs are friendly, the location is very near to impact arena. Suitable for concert goers. They clean the room everyday 👍🏻

Cons:

The hallway have a bad smell. A bit scary to walk around alone especially for girls. They didnt provide microwave, it will be better if they provide one in the future.

Warm stay in auntie home.
Pros:

Lovely staff, they can provide all information about transportation around the area. Kind auntie will show us the room. Many food and convenient store are on 1st floor.
