An amazing cost effective place
Pros:

The staff were as attentive as they could have been. They are polite and helpful. The place is cheap so you get what you pay for and more. It was one of the best beds I have slept in. The staff are friendly. I had a brilliant time here.

Pros:

The location is great. You have the beach in front of the hotel and many restaurants around.
There’s free coffee and tea all day long.

Cons:

The building needs maintenance urgently. It was not clean at all. Even though we supposed to have cleaning service everyday, they just decided what time they wanted to go, and they just changed towels and do your bed. The bathroom was disgusting. We found hairs everywhere the moment we arrived. The woman in the reception was not willing to help or informed us with anything. She almost can’t communicate in English and it always seemed she was mad when we asked basic things like WiFi passwords… the guy that’s usually at night was always helpfully and nice.
We did laundry (paid for it) and the clothes were wet… we had to hang it ourselves in the service terrace.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the beach and has a nice view. The room is clean, you have a fridge.

Cons:

The bathroom is kind of used and the sink very small, but it s not such a big issue.

Pros:

The Personal was very kind and always tried to help. That they have a beachticket included is awsome and the according beach nr 6 is very nice to visit and swim in too. I dont have any complains at all. Will come back

Pros:

Heel goed ! Ik vond het een kamer met al wat ik nodig had ! Leuk ook het balkon met zicht op het straatleven voor de deur ! Ik vond ook de lunch die ik daar nuttigde heel lekker ! En voor een schappelijke prijs ( 200 lira )

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Two guys by the pool just laughing at everyone, they looked like a gay Turkish couple.

Then a group of Turkish Islamic family with the men hunger for what they never seen.

Pool area was something weird place.

I also stayed at the opposite hotel named Resitalya but left, a young guy with autism working there was molested by older men, saw that with my own eyes. Poor thing. He wasn't really in this world. Shame 😞
At the same time he charged 10 lira for small water. He wanted revenge of the inocent people and not his oppressors.

Cons:

Worst worst worst nights of our trip.
The rooms are falling apart.
Could hear every word clearly of the people next door in the bathroom.
The walls are paper thin.
The doors need to be slammed shut, so doors are slammed all night Long.
The elevator needs a serious service, and shakes the whole building.
We asked to change rooms and this was a problem on both sides of the building.
Felt like a monster was on top of us.
Location is descent.
If you can get a balcony up high it is nice view.
The AC was working
But the noise killed this place.
