スタッフの方がとにかく優しい！感じがいい！
立地もいい！

Cons:

シャワーの扉を閉めるのに少し苦労しました！が、慣れればいけます！
あとリフトがないので、荷物多い方は大変、、スタッフの方が手伝ってくれます！

Tremendous stay in Shepherds Bush.
Pros:

The staff were very corteous, helpful and welcoming. Excellent location, safe at night. We didn't use the bar but appreciated its existence. Room was spacious. Five walls, two doors, everything really. Really big shower, bit hard to understand though. Great for three people. Not the shower. The room. The shower too, but individually. A great, fun stay.

Cons:

Well. Hmm. Hump pillow. Also, no microwave. Not that we'd ever microwave a pillow. Maybe that's why they don't have 'em.... anyway, ignore us. Really great stay, good location, stellar staff, good value for dosh. If you're looking to stay in Shepherds, definitely recommend.

Pros:

Hotel jest bardzo ładny i nowocześnie urządzony , hotel znajduje się koło stacji metra ,pracownicy hotelu bardzo mili i pomocni

Cons:

Pokój nie były do końca czysty, pilot od klimatyzacji był oblepiony tłuszczem, dziurawe przebarwione prześcieradła i dokładnie to samo ze ścianami.

Room clean with tea & coffee & a comfortable bed = Requirements met!
Pros:

Good location for the tube. Our room was on the ground floor which was good as I have a knee injury. It was great to have tea and coffe making facilities and there were complementary biscuits too. There was a bar by reception , very good if you fancied buying a drink.

Cons:

There was no natural light in the room. There was a window but the curtains were closed as the outlook was a wall very close to the window. But we were there for just one night so it wasn't a deal breaker.
The lighting in the bathroom and the bedroom was not great for putting on my make up.

A lovely stay in Shepherd's Bush
Pros:

Fantastic location and the hotel bar was also amazing. The rooms where very spacious. We had plenty of room to chill.

Cons:

The room temperature was hard to control and there was no natural light so it was hard to tell the time in the mornings.

Adequate would not stay here again I’d pay more for a better hotel.

Location to the reason I was there.

Cons:

Room too small bathroom far too small pictures of property very miss leading. Bed not very comfortable. Heating not responsive fan would not come on it was cold and turning up the temperature made no difference.

It’s good for short stays and good for people who aren’t sensitive enough about hearing your neighbors
Pros:

It is good value for a short stay. Room is clean and small but adequate for a solo traveller.

Cons:

Drinking water not provided. Although you can’t hear much of the outside noise, you could hear your neighbours, and I couldn’t sleep much.
