Pros:

Very nice boutique hotel. Staff friendly
We were only there for 1 night.

Cons:

The bathroom sink taps didn't work to well.
For one or 2 nights it's perfect.
The location is brilliant. Close to the train station and only 10 minutes in the train to central London.
Would definitely stay there again.

It was "ok". Hotel was generally clean but lacked facilities I would have expected for the cost.
Pros:

Very small room. May be typical for cost but would definitely spend more next time.

Great hotel at a nice location with 24/7 reception
Pros:

Great personnel that was very helpful before my check-in and during as well. 24/7 reception. Nice room with complementary tea and coffee. The bathroom was well equipped. Nice location with subway station literally on the corner. The Wi-Fi was good.

Cons:

I had a room at the -1 level. Since the room was nice it wasn't a big problem. But for someone it might be not so comfort.

Great location. The manager was really helpful with the A/C control and the TV control.
Pros:

The location is superb. Right next to Shepherds Bush Market underground station. I was also attending a concert at the O2 Empire.

Plenty of choices for food and shopping nearby.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like.

Lovely stay and amazing staff
Pros:

The location was perfect for a shopping trip to Westfield for me and my sisters. Amazing value for money and staff were very kind, friendly and attentive, really lovely people.
The air con in the room was great for cooling the room down and there was great facilities in the room.

Cons:

Next time I would like a room with more of a window but this wasn’t an issue for me this time as the air con was great.
