Comfortable, spacious room; clean, decent bathroom, fridge provided along with air-conditioning which were both a great bonus during hot days, iron and ironing board also supplied; overall a good stay
As I was in a room on the lower ground floor (basement) there was no window so it felt a bit dark with no natural light, however there was adequate lighting in the room and it didn't feel claustrophobic.
Easy access to trains. Clean and good sized room.
Stayed one night after a long shopping trip and it was a pleasant time, room was spotless, comfortable bed and the air con was a lifesaver. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed and quiet environment too. Would stay again

Next door to the tube station so very convenient for travel. Good if you are not planning on staying in your room for long periods of time and just using it to sleep
Very small room so not much room for 2 people and 2 suitcases and next to main road so a bit noisy.
Nice friendly service and while the room was fairly basic it had everything we needed as we were just sleeping there at night
