Clean and welcoming. Comfy and just what we wanted for our one night.
Pros:

Close to the amenities but also set back from the road.

100 percent recommend really good price and increble staff
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful no matter the situation I had a tv remote that didn’t work and it got solved within 20 minutes of checking in. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the tube station was right outside the hotel so incredible location for just hopping on the tube and getting where you needed.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit small but were comfortable. The shower overall was a bit small but worked fine.

Good location, clean and quiet
Pros:

Well located close to transport and shops. Clean and quiet. decent sized rooms. Comfortable. Exactly what was needed for a 1 night stay at a reasonable price close to the required location.

Cons:

Lovely, comfortable stay in a good loction
Pros:

Quaint hotel, great location for access to mall and other attractions, nice decor, comfortable and clean room. Reception staff were great.

Cons:

Access road / entrance to the hotel is a bit worse for wear but it does feel safe and secure.

The location was fine for me and the staff was helpful and friendly

Cons:

Everything is a bit old, some things do not work, the walls are really thin so you can hear everything, cleaning can be improved and attention to details, like we were 3 people in the room but only 2 towels, etc

Convenient stay for our purposes
Pros:

Right next door to the station but so quiet! Didn’t hear any traffic or trains. Excellent location for the tv studios if you’re going along to a recording.

Cons:

Bed was lovely and big but my partners side very creaky and soft like it might be broken? Didn’t affect our sleep.
