Bra och trevligt hotell.
Pros:

Läget, nära till färjan.
Trevlig restaurang på hotellet med god mat.
Mycket trevlig personal.
Bra frukost, fick även möjlighet att fylla på kaffetermosen 😉
Gratis parkering.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Wir hatten im Vorfeld ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss benötigt. Da ich gehbehindert bin, versprach uns die Rezeption das behinderten gerechte Zimmer. Bad war behinderten gerecht. Das Zimmer 110 hatte ein knarrendes Bett und ein knarrendes Schrankbett. Kein Safe und keine MiniBar. Es war kein Schrank vorhanden und wir lebten vom 15.6-22.06 aus dem Koffer. Ab 15.00 Uhr konnten wir einchecken. Fakt ist, das Schrankbett hatte weder Decke noch Kopfkissen und war somit nicht bezogen. Es wurde nach Hinweis gemacht. Auch waren nicht genug Handtücher vorhanden. Auch das wurde behoben. Diese Bett ( wir sind 2 Personen) waren nicht für einen geruhsamen Schlaf ausgerichtet. Wir haben die Probleme vor Ort mündlich geschildert.

Pros:

I vårt syfte med resa med bil och hund var detta toppen.

Cons:

Vi har bott här en gång tidigare för 4 år sedan varför vi återkom. Tyvärr var det mycket som blivit sämre såsom otrevlig personal . Kanske har de bytt ägare, för sist var det något helt annat.

Sehr gut; ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen
Pros:

Ich bin regelmäßig und öfter in Rostock unterwegs. Das war mein erster aber bestimmt nicht letzter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Kundenorientiert und das Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.
