The hotel is terrible.
Pros:

The hotel is terrible and the reception area is very dirty, the sofas as covered with bed sheets which makes it look even worse. The furniture is the reception is tattered and worn out. The artifacts are never cleaned. The reception area has broken furniture stacked there. You feel disgusting to sit on the reception sofas incase you soil your clothes. The steps leading to the rooms are not good and if you miss your step you can hit your head on the ledge above the staircase- very dangerous. The washroom has no exhaust, taps come off in your hand. Right during the stay we never experienced hot water. The soap was given with another hotel packing, the towels stiff and rough. The crockery which served the tea was not standard. The person serving was of a poor standard, tea was served in cups with no saucers and then only half. The washroom amenities had to be asked for. The room has no fridge and water was given when only asked. The room telephone does not work. This is the first time such pathetic service and the worst experience. I suggest you take this hotel of your site and not cheat people. The rates very exorbitant with no services or quality. This is the first time during all my travel I have seen they make you pay at the time of check in. I don't think I am comfortable using this site again Expedia.com. I would appreciate you evaluate the hotels when you offer them on the site. It would be better not to cheat people, we decide the hotels based on what is shown.
