Tropical Hotel St Barth

I want to start off this review by saying thanks to the staff, I just had to show up. They took care of the moke rental, reservations for dinner, transportation from/to the airport. Every single staff member welcomed you with a smile and courtesy of communication. Barbara, Emmanuelle, Delina, and the driver for valet (can't remember his name) thank you thank you for everything. Pauline the GM was amazing as well. If hesitant on booking, do not. The place is beautiful, welcoming and steps away from Nikki beach club and eden rock sand bar. 10/10 😍

We had the best stay! Close to Nikki Beach and Eden ROC and everywhere fun, but we also had some separation and beautiful views!

We love the location of the tropical! So conveniently located to all the great shops. They decor was fun and lively and very clean. The rooms are nice and big and I had a good view. As far as the value goes, it’s Saint Barts so, it is what it is. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Tropical was the best thing about St. Barth's! It is a really lovely hotel with a great, relaxing, pretty atmosphere. Delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners were just steps away from our room. The pool is beautiful with stunning views of the sea. And the service is impeccable! Everyone on the staff was so kind and generous, with a very special mention to Elia, Elio, Camille, Yasmine, and Pierre. They all made our visit so fun and enjoyable! My husband and I highly recommend this hotel.

Location and concierge services was amazing

This hotel is amazing!! From the superb service from hotel staff and the location, this hotel made for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I 10/10 recommend it. It is walking distance to a bunch of fun restaurants and the beach of course. The team here is very helpful and met all of our needs and requests. Can’t wait to be back!!

We stayed at Tropical for five nights during our two-week stay in St. Barth, and it was an excellent choice. We chose the hotel based on its location and strong reviews, and it absolutely lived up to expectations.
Tropical is a charming boutique hotel in the perfect location. If, like us, you want to be close to Gustavia and within walking distance of beach clubs such as Nikki Beach, it is ideal. It offers both convenience and a relaxed, stylish atmosphere, making it a wonderful base for a stay in St. Barth.
Everyone working there was so kind and lovely, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are beautiful, and we stayed in an Ocean Suite, which we would definitely book again.
We traveled with our teenage daughters, and it was perfect for our family. The island feels very safe, and from this location they could easily walk around. We had a great stay and would happily return.

First time in Saint Bart and the staff made us feel like we were regulars. This small boutique hotel was exactly what we look for during our vacations. The breakfast was amazing! The Concierge’s team was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Barbara at concierge made our stay truly memorable. She is incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, creating such a warm atmosphere. A special thanks to the bartenders, Marion, Elio, and Elia who were especially kind and attentive. The level of hospitality across the hotel is exceptional.

The design is elevated and relaxing, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Great breakfast. The location is perfect—an easy walk to beach clubs, shopping, and the gym—which made our entire experience effortless.

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

We stayed at the Tropical for our 2nd year in a row. We loved it so much last year that we booked it again. Tropical did not disappoint! The staff is kind, friendly, super efficient and accommodating They helped us with all of our requests and bookings. The pool is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal that we got there. The spicy margaritas were also quite delicious! The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff cleaned up twice a day and were very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the tropical hotel! We will be back next year for sure!

We cannot recommend Tropical Hotel enough!

We just got back from the best holiday. Aside from the hotel being so stunningly beautiful, food being delicious, amazing location…the thing that makes this hotel stand out is the truly lovely staff. They are all genuinely nice people.

YASMINE! She is a gem. She helped us plan our elopement with such care and went above and beyond. We could not have asked for someone nicer and more genuine to help with such a special moment. She deserves so much recognition, she is incredible at her job and will go far. She really is one of a kind.

Eveyone else was amazing. Hugo was is such a character and made us laugh, Elia is so sweet and we loved seeing her every morning at breakfast, Anthony made amazing espresso martinis, Matthew and Dylan both were so kind.

The hotel kindly arranged for champagne and a few little extras on the night of our elopement too. Extra touches made us feel so special.

Everything was just perfect. We can’t wait to come back 🤍
