La habitación muy fría, no había cobijas extra, el agua caliente de la regadera se tardó mucho tiempo en salir, el desayuno muy estándar a pesar de ser bufet, sólo huevo, chilaquiles y fruta.

La limpieza esta muy bien, el personal te atiende con amabilidad, los cuartos están amplios, los servicios de agua y luz están muy bien y en general el hotel esta conforme a las fotos de la aplicación.
Quizás solo bajaría un poco el precio, pero lo demás esta bien.
De hecho no nos gustó el hotel porque son instalaciones ya muy usadas a las que les falta un poco de mantenimiento.
Falta de mantenimiento a las habitaciones. La TV no funcionó a pesar de que el personal me auxilió a prenderla y a sintonizar canales; al final terminé apagándola.

Sonaba alarma del aire acondicionado, el ruido molesto, nos tratamos de comunicar al lobby y nunca contestaron en la noche baje a recepción personal dormido, le comenté el problema, comentó que se tenia que desconectar en la azotea, como a las 2 de la mañana dejo de escucharse el pitido y nuevamente a las 5 de la mañana empezó el ruido molesto
Pésimo servicio dejamos la queja verbal por la mañana después desayuno nos retiramos no descansamos !!!!
el desayuno es bueno, la ubicación no es tan céntrica
La alberca, debería estar climatizada, las fotos de la aplicación te hacen creer que es un lugar más bonito.
Era cómodo, bien ubicado, la comida buena y el trato muy amable.
Desafortunadamente no hay mucho aislamiento de sonido, entonces era común escuchar otras habitaciones cercanas.

Desayuno no hubo suficiente para las personas que nos hospedamos, algunos ya no alcanzaron jugo, y los totopos de los chilaquiles estaban un poco pasados.... todo lo demás bien, la atención de la señorita excelente.
Que no tiene suficiente estacionamiento y el espacio donde dejamos el coche, en la calle, muy disparejo.
