Close to PNC Stadium.
Our in room refrigerator froze all drinks. No adjustment was available. Notified front desk. No action taken for two days.
The location was not bad. Really walking distance to all venues. But the signs for the hotel are small. GPS has it on the left, it's on the right.
The shower was smaller than the Southside Holiday Inn. And NO water pressure. Really, just finding it, as GPS maps it wrong, and the water pressure. Otherwise, great place. Not sure i would stay on a baseball night. Really close to the stadium noise.
Very clean, in good shape, front desk helpful.
At breakfast I had to keep going to the kitchen to tell them there was no more coffee in the coffee thermos…
Staff was fantastic, very helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was very good as well. Location for our purpose was terrific, though that was also an issue with noise.
Supposed river view was nonexistent, we overlooked the street and the highway which was so loud we thought the window was open. Room had an odd, almost musty odor when we entered but after using the AC it was not noticeable when we returned to the room. Room was clean and well equipped, but furnishings somewhat dated and the clock was not working. Bed was fine. Flashing fire alarm light all night was a bit disconcerting.
Immediately next to PNC park

Everything
Nothing
Everything was very clean and the bed, very comfortable.
The highway noise is disruptive and sounds like construction is going on, but I am sensitive to constant rumbling of sound.

My husband and I were there specifically to catch the Pittsburgh Pirates game Saturday, so we stayed Friday through Sunday. That's one of the two best things about this hotel, the location. The staff were awesome, especially our housekeeper. She was on top of things, very kind and friendly and personable. And the front desk staff were great also
Where to begin lol. The two pillows we each had for our huge king-size bed or as flat as a pancake. I woke up constantly because I couldn't stay asleep because they were so uncomfy. The TV remote was as long as a foot-long sub, very outdated and the buttons didn't work half the time. Connection was extremely spotty whether watching cable TV or streaming YouTube TV from my app. The Keurig machine seems like it's from the early 2000s, the power button hardly worked, it's very loud, and it's inconvenient because every time you make a cup of coffee, you have to pour water in it. Very very old model Keurig. The light switches in our room, three of them did not work. With all of those issues, definitely not worth $1100 to stay there for two nights. Back to the pillows lol I can't believe they even offer those to people. I would expect better pillows at a motel six in downtown Chicago lol. This hotel is definitely overpriced but we imagine they do it because of its location to the PNC ballpark, which is pretty much right across the street from the hotel. Oh and there's absolutely nowhere to walk to get something to eat except some loud very overcrowded bar/restaurant called Mike's bar which is down the street. We had to order delivery at 11 PM Saturday night from some awesome pizza shop across town called Pizza Bosa. I typically only leave five star reviews so it pains me to leave such a bad review for this hotel. It was very clean I will give them that much. The shower was amazing, very very spacious and the water got super hot. The bath towels also are so small. Again, just not worth $1100 for two nights
We love the area, close to everything. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very friendly
It was very pricey for one night. Came to $466 which is outrageous
