Overall it was good the employees were super helpful, but the elevator made it a huge inconvenience
Pros:

It was convenient for where we were going

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work properly. My husband is disabled and it make it a huge problem

Good stay & would stay there again.

Location, Nice staff, Wonderful breakfast, Large room

Cons:

Dark room - needs 1 more lamp-floor lamp would be best by chair since it’s very dark there. Didn’t like shade at window since it wouldn’t always work. Would prefer curtains. Lastly needs better heat since my room was mostly cold.

It could have been better
Pros:

Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The room needed some basic maintenance & cleaning. The carpet was ripped & the shower was not as clean as it should have been. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
