The breakfast and room were very good.

Cons:

The pool had wads of hair on the floor by the drains, trash in the pool, the window in the pool room was broken on the outside pane, bugs in the pool room.. we saw beautiful pictures of the pool online and booked for that reason then would not go in due to how disgusting the pool was.

Horrible experience
Pros:

The hotel would not answer the phone.

Cons:

We had car trouble on the road and would not arrive till 3am. I tried an tried to let them know I was still coming. I ended up renting a different place to be sure I had a room for my family. The hotel still changed me for the room.

Overall it was good the employees were super helpful, but the elevator made it a huge inconvenience
