Much traffic around property.
Too much traffic around the Hotel.
I did not like there policy
Our stay was very comfortable
The only problem is if you have guest then will charge you 200 AED/night
Excellent, best place for family. Location is on the opposite of small park where you can enjoy the air because that is spring time and surrounds of high rise buildings. Simple breakfast, nice staff and comfortable room with sofa bed. Near metro station, chinese market, kfc, baskin and robbins and mcdonalds. Surely this will be our hotel again for the next time of staycation in Dubai.
It’s a good hotel that needs maintenance and maybe renovation. Was shocked when I was asked to pay for tourism tax ☹️☹️
So clean and looks brand new and very friendly staff
Big rooms, high ceilings. Buffet breakfast included. Close to Metro station and airport. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Friendly staff. Good price. Definitely want to stay here again.

The location is good if you want to visit the local Bazars. We’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year since it’s opening and have seen the quality of service and conditions of the rooms deteriorate significantly. Wasn’t too happy with our last visit.
We had a great time and Ruth our waiter was fabulous. We would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location, close to public transport, the receptionists are exceptional, especially Jennifer and the young man in a white shirt whose name I don't remember, and the room cleaning staff is commendable.
