Pros:

It was within walking distance of food.
It was clean but the smell in the room was very very strong of cleaners.
Parking was good.

Cons:

Towels were to small. Heat in the room sucked. We set it to 76 because it was so cold in the room and it never seemed to warm enough to get comfortable. Desk person had zero conversation with us beyond what he had to and the smell was horrible in the office (from their food). The pillows were flat and need replaced. The pictures in the ads definitely look better than the actual place as it is a little old and could use some TLC.

Cleanliness and the amount of space. Very large room with lots of closet space.

Cons:

No coffee pot! Lol There was some in the lobby and there's a Starbucks nearby

Pros:

I booked a non smoking room but i think i got the only smoking room on the property. The room absolutely reeked but after traveling all day alone with a 4 year old and him being asleep when i got there i was absolutely too exhausted to go back down to the lobby. The shower didn't drain and it was actually terrifying in there. Would not have showered unless i absolutely had to. The sheets were clean though, i will give them that.

Cons:

A member of my traveling party got sick and we had to stay a second day, we got charged a whole lot more for that second night than the first. I gather it was because I made the first reservation through some booking agency, but I felt kind of trapped into that higher rate on the second day and that was annoying.

Pros:

The person who checked me in barely spoke to me and didn't look at me at all. Got to the room to fine 2 broken beds (sagging in the middle and down one side). There were huge daddy longleg spiders in 2 corners and I killed a 3rd spider on the wall. We left immediately. Didn't check out, didn't stay the night. I knew there was no chance that another room would be cleaner or that I'd get a refund.
