Pros:

nice location next to gas station. easy to get to.

Cons:

front desk lady was rude. this was our second time staying due to a work trip and i got there at 7:30 the first time and they let me in. this time they said they needed to clean the room and to come back between 9:30-11. when i got back the men were gone and the older lady told me that check in at HER hotel was at 11. i explained to her that the men said to come between that time and she was extremely rude about it. she ended up giving me a 2 bed queen room after i booked a king. it was very dirty, the floors would make my daughters feet completely black, the mirror wasn’t clean, the bathroom was FILTHY. it also reeked of marijuana, in a non smoking room. definitely will not be back at this hotel. it’s okay for the pricing but not the experience

Pros:

The main entry light in our room did not work. Not sure if the bulb was burnt out or what. I had to program the TV before it would work. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Pros:

Staff was extremely courteous and professional.
Plenty of restaurants in sight. I'm too old to walk to them, but a younger person could.
Rooms were surprisingly spacious, 2 beds, 2 chairs and a footstool. Desk for some work, if needed. I was completely satisfied and look forward to my next stay.

it’s perfect for a couple of men not concerned about aesthetics of exterior of motel. I would gladly stay again.
Pros:

room was excellent. shower was great. bed was comfortable. location was excellent.

Cons:

no napping in the daytime. company behind motel very noisy in the daytime. exterior of motel is showing its age. work was being performed on exterior while we were there.

From the outside the place looks horrible in total need of repair, the inside which is obviously more important was not too bad except for the fact that there were dead bugs on the floor and when I mentioned it to the office person she said “ it’s Texas what do you expect, every hotel has bugs “ well that response really pissed me off so naturally I want everyone to know!

Will be Back
Pros:

Great place to stay if you need a clean restroom and bed. Will not be my last time here. Only "negative" I would have is the bed needed a comforter. Had a Summer comforter, but AC blowing...would have slept better with a reg comforter.
