Very clean and comfortable rooms!
Pros:

The manager of this motel obviously takes pride in their work. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable, more than I can sometimes say about places twice the price. A/C was strong, no problems. There's also a good Mexican restaurant in the parking lot and a nice grocery store market just down the road.

Clean quiet comfortable
Pros:

Great value for a clean, quiet, comfortable room. No frills but very clean and the beds were comfortable.
I recommend and will stay there again when in the area.
Owner goes over and above to ensure things are right for you.

Pros:

Gentleman who owned this was constantly moving around taking care of things. Very accommodating. I wasn't crazy about paying $100 for a run down hotel with tiny TV's. Not a terribly safe area, felt a bit ghetto. He did his best to make us feel comfortable though.
