Nice location and nice people

Cons:

There is no longer a hot tub which I was looking forward to. The drain in the bath tub/shower was not working, there was nothing to hold onto in the shower and the run was chipped in several places which just didn’t look good.

Very clean, friendly service, great breakfast room
Pros:

This is just what I'm looking for with an affordable hotel. Not a lot of bells and whistles that add to the price. Just simple and clean, kept updated, with friendly service and a spotless bathroom that functions as expected. The Continental breakfast room was above average. It was very attractive with front-facing windows, both booth and table seating, and high top tables near windows.

Great and what we needed till boat gets back in water
