I enjoyed my 5 days here. I stayed very busy and because the hotels fee was reasonable.
Pros:

Nice, clean room. Slept like a baby. Great location. Near Rockport shops, Gloucester beaches and Salem Historic tours. Price much better than most in the area. Nice comfortable, congenial sitting area outside the pool,

Cons:

pool needs serious help. Water not nice. Breakfast is very basic.

It’s a good place to sleep for an evening.
Pros:

Friendliest of staff. Chase was excellent resource and very pleasant to talk with.

Cons:

Shower floor looked brown. It was OK. Didn’t expect much.

Good base for exploring this area although a bit expensive for the quality of service and facilities.
Pros:

Good clean accommodation although room cleaning not daily!

Cons:

Witnessed many guests puzzled by breakfast provision. Needs more signs or staff present helping people. Some staff did not portray a helpful welcome! Aircon very noisy.
