Rockport Inn & Suites was exceptional! Our room was immaculate, the grounds were beautiful, the pool was very enjoyable, the outdoor seating in the firepit area was very relaxing, continental breakfast was great, a good variety of foods & a nice room to sit & eat. The two gentlemen at the desk were very pleasant and helpful. There is a trolly that runs every 20 minutes into the center of Rockport that is by the hotel. My husband & I will be back for sure. Our stay here was very relaxing and enjoyable!

pool is not clean
The garden is beautiful and well -groomed
The restaurant is large and clean

Cons:

Charged $100 deposit – never got it back!
We stayed from June 24 to 26, left the room in perfect condition, but never received our $100 deposit back. No clear answers from the hotel. Very disappointing — be aware your stay might cost more than you think!

I would recommend the Rockport Inn and Suites to my pickiest of friends.
Pros:

I loved everything about this place: the room was well appointed; the bathroom was clean and new; the bed was comfortable; the room and entire facility were exceptionally clean; the AC was quiet and worked well; the decor of the common spaces was nautical and cute; the coffee tasted good; the breakfast treats were yummy; parking was easy; and the staff and patrons were friendly. Also, it was an easy walk to Bearskin Neck.

Cons:

I do not have a single complaint.
