Great stay beautiful view
Pros:

Great location comfortable bed clean rooms. Staff was great. Breakfast was meh but there other places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel

Cons:

Breakfast was 19.99 buffet not much selection really and cold powdered scrambled eggs, need to cook your sausage little longer Should add yogurt and maybe omelets instead of scrambled or at least some cheese, peppers and onions and a microwave to heat your eggs up.with..... but everything was fresh and clean area. Staff friendly loved the hotel though, super comfy beds and the location was perfect

Pros:

unable to control the temperature in the room. The thermostate did not seem to have any control of the temperature. the room was so cold we put pillows over the cold air supplied to our room...827. We requested service and none was provided. When we checked in the male agent said we did not have free breakfast. The female was able to correct his registration efforts. Our first breakfast was a joke. The main waiter was not there and the waitresses hardly spoke english or new to serve water and orange juice when requested. They said only one cook was on duty. We did not request room cleaning the first morning and we did on the second day and we were left with NO toilet paper.

Pros:

If you’re using the train to get to Manhattan this is the place. 3 minute uber or 13 minute walk to the train station.

Cons:

AC in the room didn’t work but we figured out how to reset the unit.

Pleasant staff and comfortable, clean rooms
Pros:

Spacious lobby and restaurant. Parking in multi level garage was included. Room and bed were clean and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast ended at 10 am. Check out time is 11. So it makes sense that people would like to have breakfast around 10.
The area around the hotel is dumpy.

I would’ve enjoyed my stay as Hilton has a good reputation, because of the problems, not pleasant
Pros:

Staff was friendly, lobby attractive

Cons:

Air-conditioning didn’t work coffee maker needed to be unplugged and re-plugged to function TV couldn’t be shut off. Telephone did not work at all.
