Pros:

We like the place because it is clean and close to shops, restaurants, gas stations, and a quiet place to relax, and they have a water park near the hotel.

Cons:

We don't like having to pay $20 for breakfast, so we decided to eat outside.
Also, it is a very nice place, but it doesn't have a swimming pool.

Clean room and facility.

Cons:

Parking ramp was tight and tough to manuver in a pickup and hit the sides of the ramp. Also front lobby parking too small and tried to move our luggage in from the parking garage only to find out that we had to take the ramp down and go into the back of the hotel and then back up with no luggage rack.

Convenient location and clean rooms

Cons:

The HVAC system was down and when it was repaired, my room never had the air condition come on and cool off the room. The temperature was over 80 degrees in my room during the afternoons and no cooler than 78 degrees at night. It was uncomfortable and my request for a portable fan was left unanswered.

Horrendous!
Pros:

When I arrived I was told the Air Conditioning had recently been repaired and turned back on. When I arrived back at the Hotel after a busy evening the temperature in my room was 86 degrees. In the morning the room temperature only dropped to 82 degrees. It was unacceptable.
