My stay was relaxing and comfort.
Pros:

The breakfast food was amazing. I was so excited when I woke up to get breakfast. The pet accommodations by providing a bowl and treats were so thoughtful of my furry companion. The pool lounge was a great relaxing experience especially when traveling on the road for a while.

Cons:

The only thing that made this stay unpleasant was the Wi-Fi did not work on our electronics devices in the room however, only the front desk area. The staff did try to help however, they never followed up if we had access to the Wi-Fi and it was something not imperative to our stay.

Our stay was great and we appreciated the price and cleanliness!
Pros:

I felt the location was good. We were accommodated when we got into our room and our fridge wasn’t working. The staff was helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very nice and clean!

Cons:

I don’t really have any complaints!

Pros:

Great place. Friendly staff go above and beyond. The full breakfast had many many options. The food was good. Lots of coffee options. Coffe, latte ‘s, cappuccino, whatever you want to drink in the morning. They have it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was great and had an abundance of seating and sunning options. The cabanas were a nice touch. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel and would highly recommend it. I will stay here again next time I come to Lake Jackson or Galveston. And Laura, the evening reception is phenomenal and deserves a raise. She is so friendly and helpful. Thank you Laura.

Really enjoyed this hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Big shower towels. In room fridge and microwave. Good daily breakfast with nice variety of food. Outdoor pool with very nice lounge area including day beds for sunning. Fitness center. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice and clean, breakfast was good

Cons:

The only complaint I have was I not able to sleep because the people next to us were having sex all night and morning. Headboard banging all night. Walls are very thin, other than it was nice.

Cons:

Room AC was not cooling, unfortunately there was no other double queen room to switch to. I was moved to a king deluxe but had to sleep on a pull out bed. Not comfortable.

Overall I was very satisfied here. I think we made a good choice and I would stay here again.
Pros:

Location wasn’t really a big deal to me. We weren’t there for vacation but for a graduation.
The breakfast exceeded expectations. It was clean, fresh, and delicious. They had so many different options every day we were there. Fresh fruit, tortillas for wraps, salsa and cheese, and their bacon was probably the best bacon I’ve ever had.
The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There were 5 of us in a room and we went through rags and towels pretty fast. There was one day housekeeping never came to change trash or replace our towels. It’s not a deal breaker for sure but it was a little frustrating because we had to ask for them to come to our room late in the day after we got back to our room and realized we had no towels to shower. We were exhausted and it would’ve just been nice to not have to worry about that.
