Pros:

Amazing stay! The staff, the location and the hygiene were at very high levels. The reception team welcomed us with complimentary fruit baskets and bottle of wine, even though we paid for a double room, we were upgraded to an apartment at no additional cost. Everything about was perfect. I would strongly recommend it for couples and families.

Pros:

I've been coming to Hotel Palace for the last 3 years in the heat of the summer and I must say I was pleasently surprised by the warm welcome and the personal attention that is given to each guest. For us specifically, we had the manager, amazing lady, telling us about the past of the hotel industry in Bulgaria, the history of the region and many more local tips that made our stay great. We will come back with our friends again in August - looking forward!
