Wonderful, central hotel in Hakodate

Lovely hotel in a very central location near the tramline. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel lobby was very pretty and comfortable. It is clear how much care and attention to detail the staff put into the hotel, it felt both homely and as a hotel. The staff were so nice throughout our stay.
