Pros:

The hotel location is nice, at the beach side. The beach itself is public so the hotel sunbeds are located somehow uphill. The food was good, great variety for lunch and dinner, the breakfast was the same everyday but with sufficient options to choose from. The apartments are spacious, the garden is beautiful. The staff is amazing, realy helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The cleaning was not what I expected, the blankets we had on the bed on pur arrival had other people’s hair on them. The towels look old and really used. Also, the cleaning made by the cleaners was really the bare minimum. At one point they left clean towels which I can swear that were not properly cleaned. The mattreses on the bed are not that good.

Great Holiday and Cocktails
Pros:

I had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar in the evening was especially enjoyable, and Sotos’s cocktails were excellent.

Ein fairer Gut! Teilweise mehr Schein als Sein
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr grosszügiges Zimmer mit Whirlpool. Essensangebot meistens vielfältig und gross, dafür manchmal nicht von der besten Qualität. Frühstück war sehe gut!
Hotel an besser Lage, mit eigenen Liegen im Sand.
Strand ist öffentlich, finden wir gut. Preise der Liegestühle sehr fair. Man hat alles was man braucht. Kids Club ist erhält ein okay. Die Mitarbeiter sind engagiert aber keine Profis. Für die Hotelklasse ein faires „gut“.

Cons:

Hotel auf All inclusive Leute eingestellt, erkennt man bei den Cocktails, diese sind teilweise ungenügend.
