The Perfect Hanoi Layover Hotell
Pros:

We had a nine hour flight layover at Noi Bai airport.
The Family Transit Hotel was a most fortuitous pick. Excellent WhatsApp communication. Arrived to pickup on time but I was delayed with lost passport problem (returned) and staff rearranged pickup without complaining and in the traffic jam somehow identified us and took all our luggage to the car. The hotel is down a small anonymous lane among many similar properties but is extremely well maintained very clean good hot shower really clean sheets and pillows (2 king double beds in our room. No lift but staff carried luggage up and down. The owner made great vegetarian fried rice late at night for us at modest cost. Roms aircondioñed beds very clean and comfortable.
We became disoriented about the time in the middle of the night and the driver running interference organised for us to go back to bed for another 3 hours. Honestly they are that caring. And at 4 am there he was at the door. 5 minutes back to. Noi Bai with no traffic.. Highest recommendation for this type of need.

Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Es liegt direkt am Flughafen.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr hart und es ist nicht ganz so sauber. Aber für einen Nacht vor dem Flug völlig ausreichend.

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's near the airport, but there's really nothing else around.

Cons:

The staff were not very kind. They asked if I needed airport pickup, and I arranged for friends to be picked up to meet me at the hotel instead. They asked for the names, contact and flight information, which I provided. Once they landed, the staff had not even left for the airport. I told them my friends would just take a grab, and they insisted to go without checking the flight information or asking any questions or contacting them. When my friends decided not to wait because the driver went to the wrong part of the airport, the staff blamed me and insisted I was just "another tourist" when in fact, I have been living in Vietnam for quite some time. When my friends arrived, they wouldn't even let them enter the hotel into the lobby and made them wait outside for me. Also, any time I had any questions, the adults were nowhere to be found, only a young teenage boy. Even though it's fine for an overnight stay if you need to stay by the airport, the staff are rude, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Très bien pour un bref séjour avant un départ pour l’aéroport
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé près de l’aéroport.
Literie très correcte.
Très bon prix de la nuitée.
Propriétaire très gentille.

Cons:

Chambre sans vue, fenêtre donnant sur un mur implanté à 20 cm

Pros:

Стандартний готель, чисто, в номері все працює. Хазяїн готелю може організувати трансфер до аеропорту чи в центр міста. Також мені надали все необхідне, коли в мене було прохання.

Cons:

В номері дуже яскраве холодне світло. Було некомфортно знаходитись там з включеною лампою. Але кому тільки переночувати то навпено це немає значення.

Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely and contacted us a day in advance to confirm the booking and offered to pick us up from the airport which we accepted.
When we got to the hotel the check in was simple and we had help getting out bags to our rooms.
The room was massive and we were only expecting 2 single beds as we had booked a twin room but were given 2 double beds instead which were both very comfy.
When we were moving on to our hotel in hanoi the manager helped us book a taxi there that was actually cheaper than a grab and he was very nice about it.

Für eine Nacht okay

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel völlig okay, wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt.

Das Zimmer roch seltsam
Im Zimmer lagen überall tote Moskitos, auf dem Boden aber auch auf dem Bett

Pros:

Ideální misto pro přespání u letiště. Pěšky v dosahu dvaceri minut nebo možnost taxi přes hotel. Plno restauraci a obchůdků pro občerstvení. Vedlejší klidná ulice.

Cons:

Chvílemi vibrující klima jednotka zvenčí na zdi domu. Ale včas byla.vypnuta, takže byl klid.

So friendly and quiet.. didn't hear aircraft!
Opposite a lovely garden cafe.
Room very big and comfortable.
Great shower...
Lovely owners...
No lift... But easy stairs
They provide food.. excellent.
Lots of cafes restaurants shops etc 2 minutes walk away.
I plan to come back here!
