Family trip
Pros:

We just wanted a place to stay the night. Somewhere affordable, close to the airport, clean and spacious and thats extactly what we got for our family of 5. We arrived late from an internal flight and they waited up for us.

Absolutely lovely family. Very hospitable and will go out of your way to help. Will stay again next time we come back to Hanoi.

Cons:

I would give it a 10 instead of a 9 if it offered more western style breakfasts i.e. fruit & yoghurts or eggs on toast etc. We would have been happy to pay.

However, would return again as we had a lovely stay.

Very convenient and the price is right.
Pros:

There is a lift now! All the reviews mentioned stairs only, but a new lift has been installed, making it easy. Friendly family run place. We also ate there and used their transport to the airport and back - all very convenient.

Cons:

Why oh why do people forget their manners in a hotel hallway when they leave the building at 5am? Others are trying to sleep!

Excelente lugar!
Pros:

El personal muy amable y servicial, nos apoyaron muchísimo, nos hospedamos en dos ocasiones en el hotel y nos ayudaron gestionando nuestro transporte, guardando nuestras maletas, incluso enviando un coche de bebé que olvidamos. Les agradecemos mucho!

Todo estuvo muy bien!

Pros:

Room and the view were absolutely beautiful. The location is very convenient, especially because it’s close to the airport. The bathroom and shower were clean and comfortable. Great value for money — very affordable price for such a nice place. Highly recommend!

Все необходимое для проживания в номере было, даже попить кофе с печеньками. Звукоизоляция хорошая несмотря на то, что отель находится в 5 минутах от аэропорта.

Cons:

Работа кондиционера оставляет желать лучшего, такое ощущение, что его никогда не чистили.

Рекомендую всем , очень близко от аэропорта и самое главное срансфер от и до.
Pros:

Добрый день всем. Я останавливаюсь в этом отели второй раз, очень довольна. Во первых есть трансфер что не мало важно. И стоит дешевле чем такси из аэропорта. Хозяин очень хороший парень, помог с чемоданами очень приветливый. Девушка на ресепшене тоже очень добрая и заботливая.
Само расположение очень быстро от аэропорта. Всего 10 минут езды. В номерах чистенько,

Были комары очень много, но мне сразу дали спрей от Комаров. За что спасибо большое.

Meget tæt på lufthavnen, god modtagelse af værtsfamilien, der ikke talte meget engelsk, men kørte os trygt til lufthavnen tidligt om morgenen som aftalt. Stort og rummeligt værelse. Perfekt til overnatning inden lufthavnen.
