Lower floor if available.
Pros:

Graat location, lovely staff.

Cons:

No elevator. If you happens to have your room on the top floors, and if your are not yoing, it's tough to climb with suitcase.

However, the lovely staff manage to find a lower level room on the second day it self, for me.

Très bon emplacement, très propre chambre spacieuse, dommage qu'il n'y a pas de bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un café dans la chambre pour les leve tôt comme moi établissement que je recommande

Hotel in posizione discreta , in pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia

Cons:

Nn è prevista la colazione e nn c'è nemmeno un bollitore nelle stanze . La mia camera era senza finestre e cmq si percepiamo i rumori e la musica proveniente dall'esterno
