Please be advised that the hotel regularly holds functions at the weekend which may result in some noise disturbance to guests. Where possible rooms will be allocated in queiter areas of the hotel but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note the half board package includes a 2-course meal.

Well maintained exterior.
Not being allowed in at 2pm despite arriving at 1:03pm when the room was ready. Of course, I was offered to chance to pay £10 for early access!!
Listening to my neighbours. The walls are so thin I can tell you the male talked every minute he was awake. She rarely got a word in edgewise and only one of them showered in the morning. Too too much!
Nice location just outside Reigate and good value for money

Been staying here 1 or 2 nights a week for years. Fab staff who are always friendly and efficient. Bar offers good choice of drinks and food. Beds are super comfy.
Clean comfortable room with everything we needed for a last minute overnight stay. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fine.

Clean, bed was comfortable, the evening meal was excellent - ( the service was slow due to lack of staff)
Not enough staff having to hunt for someone to serve
The iron was kept on a shelf above the hangers out of site ( if my husband hadn’t of spotted it I would not of found it also being short no way could I of reached it)
Great location to access M25. Rooms were clean and bed comfy. Afternoon tea looked lovely
Decor tired and dated. Wallpaper peeling in the dining hall. Cooked Breakfast was barely warm
The hotel is in an ideal location, on a local bus route 40 minutes from Gatwick Airport and 15 minutes walk from Reigate town centre. Megan at reception was very welcoming and informative, and gave me some helpful tips for how best to enjoy my short stay in the area. The room was warm and spacious, with a nice view and enough facilities such as Freeview and tea/coffee, while the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was modern and had everything I needed.
The double bed was actually a double mattress with two single beds, which was no problem for me, but might have been an issue for someone else.
