It was ok. But nothing jumped out as being amazing
Pros:

It was ok but fairly basic for what it was

Cons:

Putting a £50 hold on my credit card for a week.
The place looks very dated and needs a refresh
Insufficient supply of tea/coffee/milk and biscuits in room - felt like a minimum was provided - i would have expected double for the price point
Why is toilet paper always in short supply in rooms - Having to ask for more isn't appropriate all the time. I'm not going to be eating it or stealing it - so make sure there is sufficient

Third visit and last visit. Perfect location for Gatwick but no longer value for money as the food is awful and both foo
Pros:

We have stayed here 3 times now as a stop over for Gatwick airport. The first time everything was great, but since then the service and food has been terrible. This last visit the food was inedible. We won’t be going back

Pros:

Personal war nett.
Das Bett ist gut

Cons:

Fenster gehen nur 10cm auf,keine Klimaanlage nur ein Lüfter auf dem Tisch.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr veraltet.
Für große Menschen ist die Dusche zu klein,der Duschkopf ist zu niedrig .

It served a purpose. Reigate was lovely and we enjoyed our visit
Pros:

It was located close to the event we were attending.

Had loads of parking.

Cons:

Although outwardly looked very nice, inside is dated and could do with some tlc.

The room we had was comfortable and clean but you unfortunately you could hear noise from the road.

A comfortable stay.
Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable - and a lovely hot shower after travelling for 20+ hours from Australia!

Cons:

Guests need to be aware that a refundable deposit is required on arrival.
