Easy to check in. Room clean, comfy bed.
Took a long time to get drinks in the bar as the poor girl was on her own and managing the coffee bar too.
A well proportioned room with spacious bathroom, bath with shower. Well served by the large window affording welcome natural light. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our brief stay. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, which provided plenty of options. I felt welcomed and looked after. We enjoyed a meal in the Lounge in the evening, the menu whilst relatively short gave good choices from snacks to larger main courses.
There was just one point where having booked in advance for dinner and after a lengthy wait I had to seek out somone to come and take our order, (which was quickly delivered and delicious). To be fair it was very busy, several large groups, and the staff were always as helpful as they could be.

Although it’s a bit dated in decor - it was clean (even tops of wardrobes were dust free!) and everything worked. We were impressed by the staff friendliness and welcoming atmosphere. We are happy enough that we’d consider this as a place for our short stays in the future

Being awoken at 5:30 am by a conference directly beneath our room. The night staff agreed it was awful but could do nothing about it. Thr breakfast was dried up at 9:00am, we couldn't cut the bacon.

Quaint clean and comfortable - a lovely little hotel ideal for visiting family and friends who live in Reigate - I was worried that the bed might be a little bit too soft but actually it was perfect - the room was spotless and housekeeping replaced the batteries in the TV remote control without having to be asked when I left the dead batteries on the side.
The breakfast wasn't really up to scratch. I expect it's probably better when there's high occupancy and there's the buffet, but I served really wasn't worth paying extra for.
