Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, room: comfortable bed, clean, powerful shower over bath, spacious. Breakfast was included in booking: basic continental and good choice of hot breakfast very good value Sunday lunch

Would I stay here again? Yes.
Pros:

Quaint clean and comfortable - a lovely little hotel ideal for visiting family and friends who live in Reigate - I was worried that the bed might be a little bit too soft but actually it was perfect - the room was spotless and housekeeping replaced the batteries in the TV remote control without having to be asked when I left the dead batteries on the side.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't really up to scratch. I expect it's probably better when there's high occupancy and there's the buffet, but I served really wasn't worth paying extra for.

Cons:

We arrived and checked in to an unmade bed, previous guests rubbish still in the bins, no clean towels and toothpaste all in the bathroom. It was clear the room hasn’t been cleaned before our visit
