Breakfast wasn't alot of choice. The hot food wasn't as hot as it should be, glasses were dirty

Far too hot in lounge dining and bar area’s, just 1 little fan next to 1 table,need aircon.
Bed was very comfortable. Shower had excellent pressure. Nice size bathroom considering the 'cosy' size of the room.
No Wifi in room. Food in lounge is faintly average pub food. Hardly any staff available, always had to wait a while at any desk. Room keys had to be 'reset' every single day. Tired, stuffy decor.
Perfect location to attend party
Room hot no aircon and quite small, but we weren’t in it for long. Housekeeping tried to clean room before checkout time.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. the breakfast was very good and served quickly. Overall we were happy with the 2 nights we spent there.
The hotel itself is a bit tired / dated and needs refreshing. Our room was ideal for our needs but could have been a bit cleaner. Getting across the road to get into the hotel if you are walking is a bit dangerous as its on a busy road with no path on the side of the road that the hotel entrance is.
