Great location, with parking, just an hour from London
Pros:

It was very hot and we were given a lower floor room which was so appreciated! Great location as so close to London without paying the London prices. We stayed here the night before we were to drop the rental car off in London, and it worked very well

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Great location close to lovely walks on Reigate Hill with amazing views. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Fish & Chips highly recommended!
Comfortable bed & clean room / bathroom.

Cons:

We paid a little extra for a bigger premium room - it really needs a small fridge - surprised there is not one in a hotel of this standard.

Bed way too soft, Breakfast choice good but execution poor. Not the best quality wise. Chef could do a lot better

Cons:

Lack of aircon, Very hot rooms and a pathetic excuse of a fan. Need electrical connections near bed.

Very pleasant and value for money, nice beer garden
Pros:

Clean room, fan going on entry to room as it was one of the hottest days of the year. Friendly reception and bar staff.
