Engaño al cliente.
Pros:

Nada, mal ubicado personal displicente, ambientes pobres sin luz nada acogedores, descuidado sucio. En fin un desastre de hotel.

Cons:

Todo está explicado este hotel por el valor que se pago ni siquiera deberían venderlo pero como este es un higth Lighth el lugar digo en general Ushuaya pues se aprovechan y venden como la maravilla.

Cons:

El desayuno buffet se puede mejorar, no tenía prácticamente opciones de frutas y algunas de las cosas de panadería no eran del día. Por lo demas el servicio y la atención muy buena

Os funcionários são maravilhosos! Atenciosos e muito educados.

Cons:

O hotel é bonito, tem seu charme arquitetônico, mas várias coisas poderiam ser melhoradas. Os quartos tem estruturas muito velhas. O banheiro não tem um cheio muito bom. O wi fi só funciona bem nos Halls principais. O café da manhã é bem fraquinho.

Mi è piaciuto in generale la grandezza delle camere e la reception.
Il personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Struttura vecchia, camera vecchia.
Nelle camere non prendeva Internet.
La colazione più triste della mia vita avevano letteralmente 3 cose messe in croce, e di quelle 3 cose nessuna di qualità.

Pros:

A vista é linda, os funcionários são maravilhosos, o quarto é bem grande.

Cons:

As instalações são muito antigas! A wi fi não funciona em nenhum quarto (apenas nas areas comuns do hotel) e p hotel fica bem distante do centro (são o 20 minutos aproximadamente numa ladeira que pra descer, ok, pra subir, é realmente ruim). Poucas tomadas no quarto.
