Pros:

La atención, servicio del personal es excepcionalmente bueno!.El lugar es un viejo hotel pintoresco bien mantenido, con grandes salones de estar.

Cons:

No tiene servicios de 4 estrellas dentro de la habitación: un sillón-, baño mas cómodo y con detalles como gorro descartable , etc. El restorant muy buen atendido pero la comida es demasiado simple.

Hay que mejorar el desayuno.
Es rutinario.
Los huevos duros reemplazarlo por huevos revueltos.
a veces las medialunas y Pastafrola estaban secas o duras. Juegos deberían ser naturales y mas variedad de frutas.
También se recomienda un frigobar.

Little that I did like. The rooms had nice wooden panels but are very dated

Suggestions to management:
1. For a hotel with a number of stars not to have, in 2026, Internet in the rooms - it’s not that it wasn’t working, they don’t have it wired at all - is a big no-no. Everyone converges in the lobby to send or receive messages.
2. Then there are only two plugs in the room to charge whatever needs charging. They are placed in inaccessible locations that require one to be on all fours to get behind a cabinet, and worst of all the plugs fall out because they are so old. I had to prop them up with a bag.
3. Bathroom: the towels are so old they are all frayed. There is no plug in the bathtub if one wanted to take a bath, the flusher is so wobbly it almost comes out of the casing, and last but not least, the faucets don't tighten properly because the threads are worn out.
4. Breakfast is very basic but compared to the rest it’s probably passable, but not the coffee, that is undrinkable.
In short, the hotel badly needs investment.

Mala experiencia durante el desayuno
Cons:

Durante el desayuno viví una situación muy desagradable. El personal me trató como si intentara llevarme un sándwich escondido, insinuando que estaba robando y diciéndome que me lo cobrarían.
Me sentí humillada y acusada sin ningún fundamento. Ante esa actitud, respondí que revisaran mi bolso, ya que no tenía absolutamente nada que ocultar.
Creo que este tipo de trato es totalmente inapropiado para un hotel que pretende ofrecer un buen servicio. Ser cliente no debería implicar sentirse vigilado ni acusado de forma tan poco profesional. El respeto y la educación deberían ser básicos, especialmente en un espacio común como el desayuno.

Flashback all'Overlook Hotel

La posizione, e la grandezza della camera.
Peraonale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Forse negli anni 60 questo era un hotel 4 stelle, ma da allora sembra non essere mai stata fatta manutenzione o aggiornamenti.
Sembrava l'Overlook Hotel di Shining negli anni '50...
Tutto è vecchio (non antico), spesso rotto o non funzionante.
Bagno indecente per un 4 stelle.
Idromassaggio mai pulito.
Tazza del wc sporca, tavoletta e sciacquone rotti.
Tantissime riparazioni mal fatte.
WiFi solo nelle 2 aree comuni e non e camere.
Colazione indecente anche per un 2 stelle. Tanto valeva non includerla.
Capisco bene che lo standard argentino non sia paragonabile alla media internazionale, ma la tariffa pagata lo era; pertanto mi aspettavo molto, ma molto di meglio.
