Always a great peaceful stay… Especially when Anita checks you in … She is the best

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Anita, Front Desk Manager. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth, friendliness, and a truly welcoming attitude that immediately made me feel valued as a guest. Their professionalism was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly.

The level of attentiveness and care they provided was remarkable—they anticipated needs, handled everything efficiently, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their positive energy and commitment to excellent customer service truly set a 5-star standard. One small issue in the room reason for the 4.5 stars if it was an option.

This was one of the best front desk experiences I have ever had, and I would highly recommend them without hesitation. I look forward to returning because of the exceptional service I received.

Awesome service, friendly faces, always felt welcomed. The bathroom sink and bathtub could be used to be cleaned out they were clugged when I got here, had to unclog them.

Anita was absolutely amazing. Nothing short of amazing. Extremely attentive. Always has a welcoming smile and asks if anything is needed daily. Has truly made the experience all the more interesting and I would definitely enjoy another business trip here as long she's there.. Give this woman a raise and promotion. Such a sweet lady.

I chose this hotel for a one night stay because according to reviews on TA, they were ranked 2nd by customers. Overall, the stay was fine. However, when I tried to book online, I kept getting looped by Marriott Bonvoy and could never create a new password. My fault for forgetting the older one. After frustrations, I called the customer service number. I was told there was a 15-minute wait and I could get called back and not lose my place in line. Never got called. My rate booked was supposedly $175 online. It was $199 base rate when I arrived. I talked to the manager and explained what I had been through. She said she saw a base rate of $197. Still, higher than the $175. Again, although the stay was comfortable, the overall booking experience with Marriott was not good.

It was comfortable, quiet-even on the weekend of the 4th.
Clean. Great location near shops restaurants.
Bed comfortable, they allowed early checkin. Check in and check out was smooth and breakfast was delicious.

Anita was absolutely amazing. After a VERY long day on the road she took great care of us. Even gave my baby a juice. When there was a very minor hiccup with our original room, she upgraded us without hesitation. Our room was clean and comfortable, but Anita’s kind service made our stay.

I travel quite frequently because of my job. As a matter of fact I pretty much live on the road. I have a lot of experience staying in hotels. I would like to say my experience during my stay at Residence Inn on Marks Church Rd. In Augusta was exceptional. Upon check in I was greeted by Anita, she was very professional and accommodating. The staff treated me as if I was a dignitary. The accommodations were impeccable as well. I am looking forward to visiting this property again soon.

As Augusta locals, we know Masters Week can be a logistical headache! From the crowds, traffic, and the usual hustle. Due 2 an unseen circumstance that needed a super last minute booking. Last minute as in Sunday night @ 9:30, last minute. The amazing Front Desk receptionist is what really transformed this chaos into calm. Despite the typical Masters mayhem, she managed everything with such seamless efficiency that I totally forgot the frenzy that sent me here. She not only handled every hiccup promptly, but she also brought a personal touch, showing the best hospitality & really making me feel like a VIP in my own city during its busiest week.I made sure to get her name and make it my personal business to commend her for this memorable experience. ANITA! Augusta’s Own ANITA! Anita really turned Masters madness into Masters magic!! Thank You soooo Much!!!
