Pros:

Super nettes und kompetentes Personal. Perfekte Lage! Stilvolles, cooles Hotel

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nicht schlecht, passt aber nicht zu dem ansonsten so tollen Hotel.
Der Pool ist winzig und man muss sich anmelden um ihn zu nutzen.
Das Risotto ist kein Risotto :)

Disaster
Pros:

I liked only location and breakfast.

Cons:

It wasn't written that spa is for extra payment in the descrition of the hotel. And the price was 25 euro per person for the spa which for sure doesn't worth this amount. We payed at the end 50 euro and it was still catastropha. We asked for the spa and they said it will be ready only in appr 1 hour and there will be other people. We said that we don't mind. At the end we came in 2 hours and they said that we are late. They didn't warn us that we have to make an appointment for concrete time and the spa time is only 1.5 hours and not unlimited. But we still had time and they let us go. When we came there there was noone, the guy who is in charge was doing massage. We returned back to the receprtion. The guy from the reception went to help us and to open the wardrobes with towels and bath robes. But he didn't know anything, he called someone few times, then he couldn't open the wardrobes, we run from one room to another. We lost another 20 mins. And at the end the spa worked till 20.00, but not till 22.00 as it was announced on the website. The gym when I wanted to go there also wasn't open. I had to find someone and to ask to open it and then it took time to reload machines, because they close electricity there when they close it. It was written in the reviews that parking is for extra payment but it wasn't written that it is 15 euro. And they kept the keys on the reception, every time when I needed to take something from the car I had to aske for the key and to return it back. Troubles everywhere, on each your step. And at the end we paid for the hotel+parking+spa 165 euro - exactly the same amount was 5 stars Mariott with everything included. And I attached the picture with the view from our room - unbelievable shitty view of the building opposite. And the hotel was half empty, it was Monday, they could put us in another room.

Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich grosser Auswahl und sehr gut. Sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen, da nicht an einer stark befahren Strasse, sondern in zweiter Reihe. Transferservice zu und vom Hotel hat sehr gut funktioniert.
