Next to central square but depressing views from rooms
Pros:

Sadly, this hotel did not live up to its billing because of location (our rooms looked out on what appeared to be abandoned or tenement housing), spa services were poor compared to other hotels, and hotel seemed to guard everything as if they expected it to be stolen. Several front desk people were pleasant enough during our stay, but they had to leave the desk to me to a room for massage, then come back to get me to open up the pool area (which was flooded). It seemed impossible to do anything on our own without a chaperone. The hotel is close to the main central squares, but other hotels are closer and don't have the adjacency to the decrepit building next door. The hotel did have a nice garden area in back, although we never saw many people there.

Good location, terrible everything else
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

I had a truly awful stay at this hotel.

The air conditioning barely worked, and was incredibly loud throughout the night.

Had random people knocking on doors in the middle of the night whilst shouting carried straight into the room.

Breakfast was a disaster, everything was cold and made no sense, appeared that the staff don’t know how to operate a Bain-Marie (rendering the 3 supposed hot options stone cold and inedible) also served cooked fried eggs and left them out on bread with no method of keeping warm so obviously were stone cold.

The front desk staff were rude and even refused to provide coffee pods, despite a three night booking for two people my room had two pods and I was told I can come downstairs (for the awful breakfast mentioned above) in the morning for coffee.

On top of that, the WiFi was useless and the taxi to the airport was overpriced, so much so I cancelled the taxi went to a previous hotel I have stayed at and had a taxi to the airport for half the price.

Overall, a noisy, uncomfortable, and unfriendly experience that was nowhere near worth the money

Good location but too hot room
Pros:

Great location with walking distance to most sights. The gym was small, but new high quality equipment.

Cons:

Inferior air condition in the room made my sleep bad all three nights. The bed was really hard.

Hotel centralissimo a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza ma in una posizione molto tranquilla,letto comodissimo,colazione di qualità e molto abbondante.
Il personale è sempre gentile e ti senti sempre a tuo agio in ogni momento del soggiorno.
Se dovessi tornare a Skopje ritornerei sicuramente in questo hotel.

Cons:

Magari la tenda un pochino più lunga e scura per non fare entrare la luce al mattino
