Clean, comfortable, excellent location.
Pros:

Location is excellent for walking to hotspots, termini train station, shopping and restaurants. Busses right outside as well.
Clean, good air conditioning (highly appreciated for our summer stay), comfortable bed.
Would recommend Hesspresso restaurant around the corner as well.

Cons:

One night there was no hot water for a shower, but I think they fixed the issue-always had hot water for the rest of our 9-night stay.

Overall a decent place to stay at a very central location in Rome
Pros:

The location is great. Very convenient and easily accessible to the centre. The colosseum is 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
The staff is friendly.

The breakfast is not very good, so avoid that and rather walk down and get breakfast from quite a few options within one block.

The room size is decent and overall its a comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor.
The staff could be more polite.
The elevator is very slow and small, so we had to wait quite a bit for it to empty and come to the desired floor. Especially with luggage it becomes a hassle.
