La climatisation dans une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas, cela a été signalé mais pas de changement jusqu'à la fin de notre séjour.

J'ai apprécié l'accessibilité de cet hôtel à l'entrée de Saint-Amand-les-Eaux très pratique avec un grand parking privé gratuit et sécurisé
Personnel très agréable et avec une présence 24 heures sur 24.
