Before we check in and see the room, the manager was very keen to collect theorem rent from me.
When we saw the room I realised why he did so. The roomed only average facilities. The dining room was full of smoke with a lot a youngsters. We then turned back to the room and order a pizza from the room service. We had nothing for the breakfast . At that time we were the only two people in the dining room.
Later on two other gentle men came for their breakfast. The manager arranged a vehicle to make us to the Golden temple and a Fort. Later the driver dropped us in the airport . For this he charged only Rs 1500 which I think is a reasonable amount.

Poor upkeep of good property and poor service in breakfast

I will not recommend this unless it is required only for night stay because there is no restaurant for either coffee or immediate food. Room service is average.

They cancelled my booking after confirmation the staff is not at all cooperative

The rooms are cleaned and spacious. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Had a peaceful stay in Amritsar.

It was not at all a good stay. Firstly we booked superior studio room. On reaching the hotel we did not get our booked room and were asked to check-in in a lower luxury room. We were promised that we will get the superior room in next 30minutes as our room was getting ready. After 30 min when we again inquired about our room the person said that it is taking some time to get our room ready so we can keep our baggage in other room and have our dinner. However after waiting for 6 hours we were not provided our room as it was still getting ready. Finally we had to settle for a lower room to stay as it was getting too late. The nightmare began when we saw that the room which was provided to us had a continously running tap in bathroom. No mirrors in bathroom. We did not have any option but to stay in that room only. Next day we came to know that the original room which we booked (the one which was still getting ready) was actually given to some other person and this was the reason that it was not alloted to us. I think the management in the hotel is not able to manage things. Overall very bad experience.

Service was good & rooms were very clean & comfortable..! Very well located on main mall road..!
