Hotel totally matches the spirit of Punta Arenas. Great overlook of the city and the water. Rooms are matching the spirit. Staff is amazing, especially the person overlooking the restaurant.

Muy amable
La habitación tenia vista al cerro ( no tenia vista ), y nos encontramos que además de la cama matrimonial había una cama de 1 plaza, lo que reducía el espacio y le restaba comodidad. Cuando reservamos pensamos que todas eran iguales… tampoco tenía balcón… fue un poco decepcionante.
