Pros:

Todo muy limpio , acogedor y ordenado .
Sus anfitriones dan una excelente coordinación y preocupación para quienes nos hospedamos.
Su restaurante es excelente ,carta bien variada y sus postres delicioso .

Cons:

Our room Located at the back of he hotel, with stairs on the neighboring footpath was very noisy as runners woke us up at 6 every morning running up the stairs outside and on one night young kids shouting and rapping woke us at 0230hrs as well. Could not get hold of Reception to get police out eventually at 4am I sorted the problem myself .

Um verdadeiro hotel boutique. Super original e de bom gosto, com resgate cultural local interessantíssimo.

Cons:

O “timing” das refeições deixou muito a desejar. Marcamos café da manhã para 10h, que era o horário limite que nos ofereceram. Perguntamos se estaria adequado, visto que era o limite. Chegamos e estavam recolhendo o buffet, que já estava bem desfalcado. A parte quente da refeição foi servida a contendo. Semelhante foi na janta, a refeição chegou antes da bebida. Parecia um fast food. Não compatível com a proposta. Fiz essas observações ao sair e foram amáveis em recebe-las. Disseram que avaliariam as críticas.

Pros:

Chambre sublime, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails, la décoration est très soignée, les matières naturelles privilégiés.
La nourriture, petit déjeuner et dîner, de loin le meilleur restaurant du secteur, quel raffinement.
Personnel au petit soin
Belle terrasse avec vue dégagée sur la ville, emplacement au calme

Cons:

Quelques couacs lors de notre arrivée, chassé croisé Check in chek out l'espace commun n'étant pas très grand on se retrouve vite les uns sur les autres, nous avons patienté près d'1h30 avant d'avoir notre chambre.

Lovely hotel with great views and restaurant
Pros:

Best view in Punta Arenas from bedroom large balcony.
Loved the quirky decor.
Small bathroom only had a shower.
Eat at the restaurant it was great food.

Cons:

Up a steep hill. Lots of stairs in hotel so may not be suitable for some.
Would have liked a kettle in the bedroom

Pros:

Wunderschönes Zimmer, sauber, ruhig, exzellentes Restaurant im Haus, superfreundliches Personal, dem keine Mühe zu viel ist. Jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer mit Aussicht.

Superb, splendid stay at La Yegua Loca!
Pros:

Superb property altogether! The friendliest , nicest staff, they go above and beyond to ensure this is a memorable stay and it is very memorable! Muchas gracias Felipe and Daniel ! The room was gorgeous with the best views ever, beautiful garden and the food at the restaurant is unbelievable. Should be on the Michelin list and get some stars!
