Good, bad, and ugly
Pros:

I am a diamond member and stay in Hampton all over the country. In this one, I get the room i request nearly every time and it is pretty clean the first night. I always stay 2-3 weeks and the room is not cleaned again after that first night. No bed change. No towels nothing. Even when i complain it doesn’t get done. I dump my own trash and go up front for towels. To summarize its great for a couple of nights but its the worst one i’ve ever been to for extended stay. Oh yeah and the breakfast is terrible. Im giving this one a 3 only because they reserve the room i want.

The stay was good.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The mattress was very firm and more of a full size instead of a Queen size. The toilet was lose in our bathroom and the window in our room was very dirty.

Spacious wheelchair accessible room. Relaxing stay.

Breakfast, hot tub, large room.

Cons:

Should have a nightlight in the wheelchair accessible bathroom. No outlet in light on nightstand to charge my phone.

Pros:

I love that the hotel was around everything. Plus staff was very friendly.

Cons:

What I didn't like was I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after checking in and to finally go to my room and there was hair in the shower.
So I was moved to a room with a better view that I asked for in the first place.

It was as expected outside of the pools and hot tub having too much chlorine

The pool and hot tub had too much chlorine in it. It irritated our skin and bleach our suits.
