Good value for money. Small but functional room in a good location.
Pros:

Nice property and good value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The restaurant on the roof next door faces the windows of the family room so there was no way to leave the curtains or windows open - as people would have seen our whole room (and it could get noisy at night). Not a huge deal for the main room as there was AC but for the smaller room, it was hot if we didn’t open the window.

Pros:

it was great time than you for help me. spatial thank you for help me with my heavy suitcase and special thanks for being able to bring breakfast to my room as I was unable to go up to the veranda due to my illness. location is great

Pros:

Расположение у отеля очень хорошее. Близко к выходу к Собору Св.Софии и голубой мечети. Рядом дорога к набережной. Рестораны и магазины рядом, даже столовая в пешей доступности есть. В целом хорошо для нескольких дней проживания. Своя столовая с завтраками. Персонал в отеле вежливый, добродушный. Есть русскоговорящие. Всегда помогали, на интересующие вопросы отвечали.

Cons:

Очень маленькая столовая даже для такого маленького отеля. В холодную погоду внутри (крытая часть) негде присесть. Скудное однообразное меню (одни и те же блюда каждое утро). Нет каши или омлета. В целом терпимо для нескольких дней. Номер был с окнами во двор. Двор это громко сказано. Дворик-колодец. Буквально через 1.5-2 метра стена соседнего дома. Солнечного света практически не видно. Когда на улице прохладно, то в номере холодно и сыро. В жару, наверно, там хорошо. Но мы были в конце апреля-начале мая 2026 года. Было не жарко. А в какой-то момент на улице было по-весеннему прохладно и в номере было, мягко говоря, неприятно. Но потом включили отопление и стало хорошо. За что отдельная благодарность.

Cons:

The hotel is located meters from the coastal street, bus stop, the center of the old town, close to the market, restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. The location is great, the staff is polite, smiling and helpful.Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with everything you need in the rooms for a comfortable stay, everything is at your fingertips, no need for a car, the breakfast was great, delicious and plentiful. I give it 10 points

Great location, friendly and clean
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, decent sized room, great location for the touristy stuff, decent breakfast and reasonable value. I would use this hotel again

Cons:

My room happened to be behind the reception area/store/toilet so it was a little noisy on occasions. But not at night. I'm sure the other rooms wouldn't have this issue and it wouldn't put me off using it again.

A perfect place to explore Sultanakhmet area
Pros:

The room was freshly renovated, clean and comfortable. No problems with shower, air conditioner or anything else. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite standard for a 3-star-hotel, but enjoying it at the terrace with a seaview was amazing. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from many tourist attractions, and about a million cafes and souvenir shops around. Definitely recommend!
