Pros:

매우 친절한 운영진과 마르마라해와 보스포루스 해협을 보며 즐기는 옥상 아침식사와 좋은 음식,이스탄불 여행 핵심지에서의 숙박,호텔 주변의 훌륭한 식당들,여행가방을 방까지 들어다 준 직원의 배려심.

Прекрасное местоположение и дружелюбный персонал:)
Pros:

Великолепное расположение, очень доброжелательный хозяин и персонал - молодые ребята, у нас был очень ранний приезд - в 7 утра уже были в отеле, шел дождь, гулять, как изначально было запланировано, не очень -то хотелось идти, но в 8 утра нас засеслили и мы прекрасно выспались. В другой день нам дали транспортную карту, на которую мы положили деньги (так что не пришлось покупать саму карту) ,Полотенца меняли каждый день, завтраки хорошие, есть открытая веранда.
В общем, рекомендуем:)

Excellent location and value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location in old town but not noisy. Plentiful breakfast buffet but choices perhaps not what many Americans would be looking for. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Didn't bother me too much but ... be aware ... there are no elevators here (as in most older buildings). Breakfast is in rooftop cafe of sister hotel across narrow street, i.e. top floor ... wonderful view but have to walk up the stairs .

Pros:

Отличное, просто великолепное, расположение отеля. Вид с крыши просто бомбический, из номера- никакого. Чистое постельное белье и банные принадлежности. Ежедневная уборка номера. Завтраки хоть и однообразные, но нам хватало. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

В общем и целом, ничто не омрачило наш отдых. А придираться по мелочам не было желания. Единственное, чего мне не хватало- штор блэк-аут, легкий тюль не спасает от встающего в 6 утра солнца)

Pros:

La struttura assai graziosa, pulita e con una terrazza panoramica sul mare di Marmara strepitosa
Il personale affabile e disponibile
La vicinanza al centro città e al tram T1 che vi porterà facilmente ovunque
I turchi con quel sorriso accogliente e sornione

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, il freddo, per il forte vento proveniente dal mare
Le audioguide andrebbero migliorate, la mancanza di campo le rendeva a volte inservibili. Peccato
Un ringraziamento speciale alla guida che ci ha fatto conoscere Balat e Fener, preparato e coinvolgente

Pros:

The staffs were all friendly and helpful.
The location was amazing as it’s close to Blue Mosque and the city lively centre.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options and they also made me a sandwich because I needed to leave before breakfast because of my flight, which I really appreciated.

Séjour très agréable à refaire
Pros:

L’emplacement était exceptionnel, chambre vue sur mer personnel. Hyper sympa très à l’écoute, petit déjeuner copieux varié c’était magnifique.

Cons:

Un petit bémol c’est que dans ma chambre il y avait un mur plein d’humidité, et que la nuit il dégageait une certaine odeur. À part ça tout était très bien.

Pros:

Большое спасибо персоналу и хозяину отеля, у нас был утренний рейс, и по приезду в отель нам предложили завтрак, пока готовили наш номер. Заселили в номер раньше без проблем и без доплаты. В комнате убирались каждый день. В номере чисто, полотенца и постельное белье белоснежное, полотенце меняли каждый день. Wi-Fi работал отлично, утром приходилось работать. Завтрак был на террасе, немного однообразный, но вкусный. В комнате есть чайник и вода, очень удобно, пила Терафлю на ночь, так как немного приболела.

Pros:

Огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых, нам предоставили прекрасный номер с видом на Босфор, просто великолепно, все чисто, номер просторный, светлый, завтраки вкусные, панорама на Босфор! В шаговой доступности прекрасные достопримечательности, рядом кафе, магазины. Нам очень понравилось, обязательно вернёмся!
Персонал на ресепшине вежливый. Стараются помочь, организовали отдых и заказали трансфер ср скидкой, спасибо за хорошую работу!

Pros:

Hôtel conforme à nos attentes.
Petit déj extra et copieux, avec une belle vue ( voir photos )
Personnel à l’écoute et disponible.
Emplacement idéal, proche de Aya sofia et de la mosquée bleue, proche des transports.

Decent, clean stay with friendly staff
Pros:

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The room was solid; while it’s not the most modern, it was very clean and well-maintained. A big plus was the daily housekeeping service and the fresh towels provided every day.
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It’s especially great for those who love Turkish cuisine, as there was a wide variety of salads, though the meat selection was somewhat limited.
Most importantly, the staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay—they were ready to assist with anything.

Good value for money
Pros:

Really nice staff. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast is really good. Location fantastic. Value for money excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast in the rooftop of a hotel in front. Short walk but up some set of stairs.
People not respecting others and speaking loud when coming back from outside. You can hear everything through the door.

Pros:

Все, начиная от расположения отеля-в самом центре, номер небольшой, но есть все необходимое , удобная постель, хорошее белье, удобный санузел, хороший напор воды в душе/
Понравился завтрак-разнообразный, все свежее
Помогли купить билеты на экскурсию, где принимались только иностранные карты, дали транспортную карту, организовали трансфер в аэропорт
Всему персоналу огромное спасибо за помощь, участие и поддержку!
