Pros:

The staff is very nice and courteous. They go out of their way to be a great help.

Cons:

The a/c wasn't on when I arrived so unfortunately it took a while for the room to cool down. I wasn't sure if the pool was open or closed and ice machines were broke. Kinda sad because they are so lovely I don't want to complain.

It was ok except the food, pool, and the ice machine.

I hate that they didn't have all the amenities for breakfast. The pool had no water and the ice machine was down my kids were bored.

Pros:

nobody at the front desk to check in waited a while after calling and ringing the bell etc... room was beat up holes and stains on the walls. outlets not working and the hotel breakfast does not exist although the signs are still up claiming it does. last year this place was a pleasant surprise this year not so much

Pros:

I stayed Friday- Saturday. The grass was overgrown. It was cut Sunday morning as we were leaving. There was a dead tarantula left on the picnic table. The pool closed early. The room was dirty. The linens and towels were dirty. I know it’s a cheap hotel. But I’ve stayed here many times, and this was by far the worst. I visit my fam here. I’ll be changing my location moving forward.
