お城が見えるお部屋にしたのと、お城まで歩いて行ける立地が良かったです。
事前問い合わせのスタッフの方の対応がとても親切でした。
お部屋も広くて快適でした。

Cons:

清潔に保たれてはいますが、古いので壁紙が剥がれている箇所などもありました

Mon séjour à l'hôtel était impeccable, le personnel est vraiment très accueillant avec les invités, un service au top de la part du personnel je ne pourrai rien demander de plus. L'hôtel en lui même est assez ancien, et donc les chambres aussi, mais très bien entretenu et cela ajoute du charme à l'établissement plus qu'autre chose. La qualité de la chambre rien à y redire dessus elle était très bien. Je reviendrais avec plaisir si jamais je repasse sur Kumamoto qui est une très belle ville. L'hôtel est très bien situé, a quelques minutes du château, entouré par des rues piétonnes commerçantes. Je recommande

熊本を代表する老舗ホテルのサービスはさすがでした。ベテランは頼りがいがあり、若い方は溌剌＆一所懸命。ゆったりとした空間。熊本城を間近に見る立地。駐車も便利でした。

可能因為中央空調由總機直接控管的關係，我們入住的時候開機只有暖氣，就算開了窗戶整個室內還是有點悶熱。

Beautiful hotel located directly across from the Kumamoto Castle precinct.
Pros:

Great room with views looking over Kumamoto Castle. Very comfortable beds.
Exceptionally close to many shopping arcades, department store, cafes, restaurants and the tram stop to take you to Kumamoto Station & other sights of the city.
Gorgeous fresh flowers in the expansive, timber foyer. Fresh flowers in the elevator. Whole hotel gave a plush, 5-star vibe from the 1990s/ 2000s.
We really liked our stay here & would definitely return again.
