Good location & price- had issue that no one cared to get back to us with-all of our belongings could of been stolen

Our door left open by staff- we reported & staff was supposed to let us know but never did/ breakfast was just ok, receptionist kept child(2-3 years old)at desk - felt this was unprofessional

Me encanto la limpieza del hotel, tambien el desayuno, el personal super atento siempre. Definitivamente regresaría al mismo hotel en caso de regresar a la ciudad.

It was so close to everything I needed and close to my family. It made the trip very easy to navigate, it was smack in the middle of everything I needed and wanted to do on this trip

We had a very good stay.
Pros:

The location was great for why we traveled to TX. The staff provided great customer service and the morning breakfast was great.

The carpet in the room had almost a sticky feel so not clean.

Pros:

This is my first time staying at a Hampton hotel. The hotel is close enough to walk to eat at one of the restaurants.

Cons:

The elevator when I first arrived at my floor it made a
Weird noise and didn't open right away so I thought I was going to be stuck.
