Room was mostly clean, pool was old, carpet was grimy, breakfast was good.
Pros:

I enjoyed the variety that was offered at the hot breakfast. Our bedding and towels seemed clean.

Cons:

The pool facilities were very outdated and dirty, so we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool after the first night. We found giant clumps of hair floating throughout the pool and the pool railings into the hot tub were unsafe and about to dislodge from the ground. Staff was overall extremeley bored everytime we interacted with them. Very little costumer care, but they weren’t directly rude. Also did not like the carpet in the hotel room as it felt very grimy and old, almost sticky. We did find many grease/grime spots on surfaces in our hotel room - thankfully we had brought disinfectant wipes.

Recommend this location, clean and the staff care
Pros:

I the only answer I didn't give a the top level was value. We understand others may not have proper behavior of pets, dogs, but ours, you wouldn't even know they stayed in the room. We felt the pet fee for "2" was very high and added a lot of extra cost. Unfortunately is is probably due to others that have had a dog that did not behave, noise or damage to a room and that cost has been passed on to others like us.

VERY clean room, friendly staff that check on us that everything was to our needs and standards that evening. It was quiet and comfortable. Linens were obviously clean and bed made professionally. The breakfast was really appreciated, not just milk, juice and peel open cereal. It was a nice choice of hot breakfast items and make your own waffles!!

Our stay is perfect nothing major to complain.
Pros:

I like the cleanliness of the room. I also the food they serve for breakfast.

Cons:

Our room is located in front of the building second floor thus the Hamton Inn billboard obstructed the front window.

Friendly staff and clean hotel, but wont be back as we couldn't get any sleep.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent as far as hotel breakfasts go. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The beds were ATROCIOUS. Harder than a rock, and impossible to get comfortable in. There is also a ridiculous amount of ambient light in the rooms at night which makes it difficult to sleep. A/C has lights on it, TV has lights on it, the smoke detector strobes like we were in a disco and there was a solid half inch gap around all 4 sides of the door that let streams of light in from the hallway.

Staff very friendly, and helpful.

Cons:

Room was cold, took heater over and hour to warm up, huge gap around door let light and cold air in and did not feel like door was secure, no hot water in shower, but had hot water at sink.

When I called the front desk on the day before checkin the clerk was rude.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. I liked the variety of dishes. The food was tasty and filling.

Cons:

The microwave oven wasn’t operational. I was awaken by noisy neighbors at 3:00 am. who were changing the contents of their suitcases to other suitcases.
