Pros:

Staff was great. Room was great. The A/C made weird sounds but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was really nice!

Front Desk is unprofessional at night. Do not stay here!!

Overall not a bad hotel. Lots of people while i was there, so it was busy downstairs during the day

Cons:

Front Desk, night shift is terrible. When i walked in i wasnt greeted just directed not asked to display my drivers license to check in. The woman then told me about all the areas of the hotel so quickly that i couldn't even comprehend what was said, It took about 10-15 seconds to get out information that would normally take 2-3 minutes. She handed me a key and then just stared at me as to stay go away. I was beyond pissed off!!!!! Not happy and wont stay here again ever again.

Pros:

Great king suite. Kids slept on the fold out couch. Everything was clean and breakfast had lots of good options. Enjoyed the seating areas around the lobby, both inside and out. Worked great for our trip to the State XC meet.

The woman working the front desk in the evening at check in was very sweet and patient. I was traveling on my own with my three children so it was hectic and she was so understanding.
