I thought I was staying at a hotel that was very lovely, but on my second day, I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Housekeeping went in my room three days later housekeeping entered my room after I had moved all my items and stole all my meds I would advise anyone not to stay at this hotel. If you do take your personal items with you do not leave them in your room. They lied to me and told me they suspended this person for going in my room with a do not disturb sign on their works in housekeeping her name is Brenda so if you all visit this hotel, please make sure you take your personal items and your medication with you because she will steal your medication. And this hotel did not discipline her at all, and that is very disappointed on that after I had the two complaints of this person being in my room.

Property is always clean and well maintained. Could not ask for a more welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Love that they are also so very pet friendly.

I like the location and the cleanliness

Do NOT stay here. They have special rooms where they place single ladies. When I entered my room I noticed paint scrapped off the panel of the door near the lock, indicating that someone tried to break in before. So I did what I needed to do to protect the door. At 2:20 AM someone came to my door trying to get in. I should have blown their head off.

Staff was great. Room was great. The A/C made weird sounds but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was really nice!

The only reason this is a two star rating and not a one star is because the facility is new and the rooms are nice.

The reason for this review. Stayed two nights. While we were gone during the day, the housekeeping staff came in and deep cleaned our room. Then THEY TOOK MY WIFE'S DIRTY CLOTHES WHICH WERE ON A DESK AND OPENED HER BAG AND PUT THEM INSIDE THAT BAG.

I don't even know where to start with this. We initially were placed in a room that had a broken refrigerator with mold in the freezer. The front desk apologized and moved us to a different room. None of those issues would have caused me to write a review except HOUSEKEEPING WENT INTO OUR LUGGAGE TO PUT CLOTHES AWAY.

We didn't ask for the room to be cleaned. Honestly, we didn't expect it since we were only staying two nights. They also moved things from the desk to a shelf which honestly was not a big deal...except they didn't clean the floor during their "deep clean". My wife immediately went downstairs and the explanation from the staff was "well, they decided to do a deep clean and needed to move things around". I told her that if we were flying, we couldn't say we were in control of our bags the entire time. The housekeeping manager said it was a "damned if we do, damned if we don't" situation. I asked how often they go into their guests bags to put things away.

We haven't found anything missing, but of course we had personal data/items in the bags which could have been used/copied. From sa security perspective, this seems like a insanely bad thing to do especially now since anything could be missing and there would be very little we could do to recoup whatever losses we have.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, nicely appointed. Was actually like a miniature suite with real glasses and plates, bowls, and coffee cups. Nearly full-size refrigerator with an actual freezer! Full-size microwave. Fantastic large bathroom. One of the best hotels we have been in the price.

Overall not a bad hotel. Lots of people while i was there, so it was busy downstairs during the day
