Great stay
Pros:

Love the location. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Loved the kitchen they had.

Cons:

Did not like the showers. The water was literally getting everything soaked and the floor completely wet. The make of the shower door is not ok.

We had a great time! And love staying here!
Pros:

We had such a blast staying in this hotel again for the second time! We love the set up of the suites with our families and that they have a full kitchen! Easy access to the pool and pool passes included. Everything was very clean and they had great customer service!

All in all i will stay there again.
Pros:

The location. Also the Corridor to Watiki. Comfortable beds. Blackout curtains.

We had someones bar of soap in the bathroom. There were also a pair of panties and a pamper under the bed. Also the hvac door was open when we got there. There was also some type of goop on the ceiling, like over spray from

Great hotel but the staff for the New years eve party really dropped the ball...
Pros:

Breakfast was good and enjoyable. Room
Was neat and well maintained.. but that's about as far as it goes.. never received pool passes and was denied access to the New years Nye party all tho I was billed for it.... charged for parking but didn't drive there???? They closed breakfast early even tho there was tons of people still trying to eat.

Stay away from this hotel if you are a solo traveller
Pros:

Disappointing experience.. They gave me connecting room, when I asked for switch they told that EVERY STUDIO IS CONNECTING. When I told them as I solo traveller I don’t wish to listen other families/ kids next door they told SOLO TRAVEL VERY RARE, THEY ARE FOR FAMILIES. I was just laughing.. then I asked them to upgrade send I am titanium elite with Mariott they refused because I booed on third party. Yes right, why do you sell for less on third party? The morning I raised my concern to the manager, she was extremely rude. Not going to return. They charge for parking and breakfast was very poor too. Whole breakfast area smelled really bad. Absolutely a skip next time.
