The property was extremely clean. All the staff were welcoming and it seemed as though our comfort was their main concern. There was lots of room for eating.

The hotel staff was amazing & so kind. Ask all the questions you want. We were there for Mayo appts and the gentleman at the front desk was very informative on driving vs shuttle. Also restaurant recommendations. He even complimented other staff including housekeeping & he was right. It was such a clean hotel. The hotel is literally 5 min from Mayo.

I stay in Rochester 2-3 nights every week and have stayed at many different hotels. This has become my favorite place to stay. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The location is great as it is close to downtown, Soldiers Field and has many restaurants close by. The staff is the best thing about it. Tyson who works the overnight always has breakfast ready very early. I'm an early riser so I really appreciate that. He is super friendly and makes me feel at home when I'm there. Olandis and Mark at the front desk are very helpful. Olandis has been great with giving tips on running and hiking trails in the area. They all make me feel very welcome when I'm there and you can't ask for anything more than that. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had heart surgery at St Mary’s and my husband and I had a great experience at your hotel. The staff and cleanliness lived up to the reviews I went by to find this hotel. We arrived early and could check in. The free parking was important to me as well. The grounds were nicely manicured. Our room was very clean and the housekeeper Obdulia was very welcoming. Elena did an excellent job of keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean and wiped each table. I felt a sense of pride in the work they did. The front desk staff were also very warm and welcoming. I was impressed with the clean professional hygiene and dress as well. Distance to St Mary’s .8 and was a nice walk to my surgery. Chick Fillet was clean and close by. And a park to walk is out the door that we enjoyed.

Shuttle to Mayo was good but needs to be more on time.
It was quiet in the hallways also that was a plus.

This hotel is super clean, has a friendly and accommodating staff and a wonderful breakfast and coffee all day.
I wish all hotels were this good.

The stay at this motel made our trip to Mayo clinic a lot more enjoyable. Staff was wonderful! Rooms were clean and comfortable!! Breakfast was great!

Tyson and everyone at the hotel was super nice, caring, and was very helpful with our ever changing schedule. We were there for the Mayo Clinic and was not sure how long we’d be there. They were willing to accommodate our changing schedule and ended up staying longer than expected without any hiccups. Super helpful and nice folks.
