Calitate și confort peste nivelul unui hotel de 3 stele
Pros:

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută! Camera a fost mare, curată și bine organizată, iar patul foarte confortabil - perfect pentru odihnă. Personalul s-a remarcat prin amabilitate și profesionalism, atât la recepție, cât și în restaurant. Un plus simpatic: copilul meu a fost foarte încântat de bomboanele oferite la recepție 😄
Poziția hotelului este foarte bună pentru vizitarea Castelului Peleș, fiind situat în apropiere, față de centrul stațiunii este puțin mai departe.
Cu siguranță, dacă vom mai avea ocazia, vom reveni și recomandăm acest hotel cu încredere!

We had a very pleasant experience! The room was spacious, clean, and well organized, and the bed was very comfortable - perfect for a good rest. The staff stood out for their kindness and professionalism, both at the reception and in the restaurant. A nice little touch: my child was delighted by the candies offered at the reception 😄
The hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting Peleș Castle, as it is situated nearby, although it is a bit farther from the town center.
We would definitely return if we have the chance and highly recommend this hotel!

Este liniste .urci putin dar merita...:).Personal amabil, camera utilata de 3 stele.Curat ,balcon mare.Restaurant ok ,dar se poate mai bine.Mancarea de la restaurant neasteptat de buna .

Se misca bateria de la chiuveta de la baie , cam atat, in rest a fost bine.

Pros:

The hotel is great. Not the most updated, but great. The staff was really nice. We also had to work and could stay up in the lobby as long as we wanted to. The breakfast was quite decent with a good selection of options. The restaurant is also good for a quick grab to eat. The location is perfect, super close to the ski slope acces. The room was quite big and clean.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
