Pros:

Отель находится прямо в центре Кемера — очень удобная локация, всё рядом. Большая ухоженная территория, красивый бассейн и отличный выход к морю. Пляж галечный, но вода невероятно чистая и прозрачная, купаться одно удовольствие. Понравилось питание, большой выбор блюд и формат Ultra All Inclusive. В целом отель оставил приятное впечатление, особенно понравились море, территория и расположение.

Everything is wonderful!
Pros:

Great evening shows, huge territory, lots of food, lots of activities. Very close access to sea. Quiet during night. Tennis, pickleball are available. Desserts during the day and almost all kind of cocktails

Cons:

We liked the hotel a lot, but there’s always room for improvement, soo..

There’s a lot of smoking. It would be nice to have an area outside for non-smoking people. I want to enjoy fresh air and someone is constantly smoking nearby. It’s impossible to escape it.

Some sports activities are difficult (like fly yoga), it would be nice to have an indication (beginner/medium/hard), and trainer wasn’t helping that much.
We also signed up for stand up paddle boarding one week in advance. You have to come there at 7:50. The class was only 20 minutes (should be 1 hour). It would be nice if you could just pay and rent them during the day.

La qualité de la nourriture était très bonne et le personnel des restaurants était très accueillant et serviable. Merci beaucoup

Cons:

Le check-in à l'hôtel s'est mal déroulé. La réservation était pour deux personnes, mais ma mère est arrivée très tôt le matin. Le personnel du check-in a refusé de l'enregistrer car la réservation était à mon nom, pensant qu'il s'agissait uniquement d'une personne.
Ensuite on nous a attribué une chambre au deuxième étage, ce qui a été difficile pour ma mère, qui a presque 70 ans et a des difficultés à monter les escaliers. Après trois jours de demandes, on nous a proposé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, mais avec une forte odeur de la canalisation.
Le ménage était effectué de manière superficielle, uniquement avec les spray.
Pendant notre séjour, il y avait deux coupures d'eau.
Le check-out a été conflictuel. J'ai demandé un late check-out avec trois heures supplémentaires à payer. À la réception, on m'a dit que l'établissement était complet. Lorsque j'ai montré que des chambres étaient disponibles la même date sur Booking, le personnel a refusé de l'accepter et m’a proposé juste rester à la plage et garder les valises.

En résumé, l'hôtel a du potentiel et pourrait être agréable, mais en raison de ces déceptions, notre séjour a été quelque peu décevant.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık, yemekleri , konumu, eğlencesi ama akşamları djleri daha aktif olabilirdi. İskelesinin sessiz olması artıydı. Odalarda iyiydi fakat klimanın yerde olması otelin en büyük eksisiydi benim için, direk kafaya geliyor uyurken havalandırması ve bu hiç iyi değildi. Uyku açısından bu yüzden çok sorun yaşadım. Yukardan sistem olmalıydı açıkçası.

An OK all inclusive but food very disappointing, we wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Very central location. Everywhere was kept so clean and tidy. The drinks were great value in the all inclusive plus snacks and ice cream. Good entertainment. On the beach and plenty of sun loungers available. The waiter around the pool on roller skates was the best overall!

Cons:

This hotel caters mainly for Russian guests. Very few English here. The biggest disappointment was the food. We couldn’t eat in the restaurant once, food was basic and cold! No variety at all.
Rooms were very tired and need an upgrade. Air con in the rooms is poor so felt very hot over night and unable to sleep.

Отель очень уютный и супер чистый. Прекрасный персонал , хорошая еда, хорошая анимация. Все прекрасно

Cons:

К сожалению номера в бунгало требуют ремонта. Общие зоны полностью обновлены, но вот номера конечно не очень.
