Très bien situé, près des restos, avec très bon petit déjeuner.
I like the room, attached bathroom, kitchen space (excellent coffee machine & beans), but I especially liked the staff.
View from the room wasn’t the best and the location was a bit noisy given the nearby bar with live performers in its patio area (a minor concern only, the rooms were pretty well sound proofed).
Everything. Fresh fruit for breakfast, coffee, location. David and Helen are wonderful host's. Comfortable, very beautiful heritage home with gorgeous gardens.

The location can’t be beat. Only two blocks in every direction to everything Charlottetown has to offer.
The breakfast although good was not available until 8:00 AM each morning. For fans of a hearty breakfast in the morning this is not what might be for you. Each morning there was 3-4 types of fresh fruit, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, etc. also was 3-4 types of bread for toasting, bagels, sliced bread etc. also yogurt cups, sliced salami, mixed nuts, cheese cubes, 3 choices of dry cereal, oatmeal packs, and thaw and serve muffins
There was a coffee machine that served drip coffee, latte, espresso, flat white etc. being a coffee snob I can tell you that the coffee was excellent.
In the parlor down stairs there is a Kurig machine available any time.
The parking is behind the building and there are only 4 spaces available down a very tight ally
Otherwise you must park on the street, change for the meters are available at the front door
Doting staff (husband and wife); very clean property; nice perks, like generous free breakfast; chocolate almonds and other complementary sweets in parlor; lastly we did not have a car with us, it it appeared that they offered a dish of coins and were to help feed the street parking meters when the on-site parking was full. Super location- downtown but residential.
No complaints. I would suggest a stash of donated books that guests could borrow or swap.
