Das Personal war größtenteils Saisonsmüde und eher mürrisch.
Beinahe bei jeder Aktivität..(Markeneis, Markengetränke, Aktivitäten für Kinder) kosten richtig Geld

Es war laut am Abend wengen der Music .
Hatte fast Rohres Gulasch Fleisch gegessen und es sofort gemeldet . Sie haben gesagt das sie es an die Küche weiterleiten das sowas nicht mehr passiert.
Gym room sind die Geräte veraltet
Anfang an ging der Klima nicht . Aber wir hatten dann einen anderen Zimmer bekommen wo Klima funktioniert hat. Also ein Lob und ein Dankeschön

Pros:

Das Hotel und die Anlage sind sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter der Anlage sind sehr fleißig und schnell, wenn man Anliegen hat. Das Essen war lecker und ausreichend, für jeden was dabei. Genug Liegen am Pool und am Strand. Tolle Unterhaltung abends, Shows, Life Musik und leckere Cocktails. Die Altstadt von Side und der große Bazar in Manavgat (Di. + Do.) ca 6 km entfernt. Sind jeweils mit dem Taxi gefahren, für 10€.
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer könnte verbessert werden. Die ganze Anlage glänzt, bei den Zimmern wird das jedoch vernachläsigt.
Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht kein Deutsch, aber mit Englisch kamen wir auch weiter.

Sehr gute All-Inclusive Anlage in der nähe von SIde. Essen ist sehr gut. Lage zum Strand sehr gut. Bett sehr gut. Freundlichkeit der MItarbeiter sehr gut.
