Excellent séjour à l’AQI Pegasos World ! Nous avons vraiment tout aimé. L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Les piscines et l’aquapark sont superbes, la plage est magnifique et l’ambiance est très agréable.
La nourriture est variée et bonne, le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. La chambre était confortable et propre.
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, surtout pour les familles avec enfants ! 👏🌴🏖️

Bien à part la chambre qui avait des problèmes
Pros:

Les activités (piscine, toboggan, activités de l’hôtel…) et les repas étaient très bien

Cons:

La chambre avait un problème d’humidité il y ait toujours des goutes d’eau qui tombaient du plafond et ça laissait la chambre toujours mouillée ce qui devenait sale

Amazing family holiday
Pros:

The location being so close to Side city center, the spotless cleanliness, the pool, the fantastic aqua games for kids, the widely diverse buffet specially for dinner with almost daily rich different types of foods, the bars with their nice wooden cottage style, the amazing daily night shows in the theatre near the snack bar, the helpful staff (specially the kind always smiling guy Asmail) and quick response in case of issues as once I got my room there were 2 problems and as soon as I informed the reception they fixed them quickly, and not to forget the cold drinking water machines distributed almost everywhere.

Cons:

It's not exactly what I didn't like, but it was more like something appearing odd compared to many other resorts I visited is that no any bar presents nuts with the drinks, which is a very common thung among almost all other resorts. The second little bit odd thing was that we have to go to the indoor bar near the reception, mostle named Horscopian, just to have a Turkish coffee, as it was not available in any other bar else, although we were in a Turkish resort!

Un séjour très décevant, loin du confort et du standing attendus

La piscine qui était spacieuse et pas mal de choix en toboggans

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour, surtout compte tenu du standing annoncé pour un hôtel proche du 5 étoiles.
La configuration de la chambre est particulièrement problématique. Le grand lit est prévu pour les deux adultes et les deux sofas sont destinés aux enfants. Or, notre fils a 19 ans et mesure 1,85 m : il est tout simplement impossible de dormir confortablement dans un sofa aussi petit. Les sofas sont non seulement trop courts pour un jeune adulte de cette taille, mais également très inconfortables. Il est regrettable que l’hôtel ne tienne pas compte de la taille et de l’âge des occupants lorsqu’il propose ce type de couchage.
Les coussins sont également très inconfortables : ils avaient formé des boulettes à l’intérieur, ce qui les rendait irréguliers et sans aucun confort.
Le grand lit présente lui aussi un problème. Le surmatelas est plus petit que le matelas, laissant les contours dans le vide. Cela crée une pente et les coussins tombent dans cet espace, ce qui nuit fortement au confort.
Dès le premier jour, en ouvrant le lit, nous avons découvert des miettes et du sable à l’intérieur. Ce manque de propreté est inadmissible.
Nous avons également constaté beaucoup de poussière sur le velours des sofas, donnant clairement une impression de manque d’entretien.
Le mobilier est par ailleurs très ancien dans certaines chambres.
Autre problème très important : l’hôtel, y compris les chambres, est envahi de moustiques. Nous avons passé notre temps à essayer de les tuer, ce qui est extrêmement désagréable et empêche de profiter sereinement du séjour.
Enfin, le service au bar Horoscopia nous a également déçus. Dès qu’il y a du monde, le personnel semble complètement dépassé. Pourtant, il est parfaitement prévisible qu’à la fin d’un spectacle à l’amphithéâtre, les clients se dirigent naturellement vers le bar de la réception pour prendre un verre.

Misafirlere sunduğu imkânlar çok güzel,her yıl tercih edebilirim

Gece odalardaki sivri sineklerden çok rahatsız olduk ,6 yaşındaki çocuğumuzun ve bizim heryerimiz ısırıldı, bu soruna bir çözüm bulunursa mükemmel olur 😀
