Pros:

Everything was great! The food was high quality, especially compared with many other all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed at. Although this is officially a 4-star resort, the overall experience definitely felt like 5 stars.

The snack bar was amazing, with a great variety of food—not just the typical hamburgers and fast food you often find at other resorts. There were plenty of options to choose from throughout the day.

The animation and evening shows were also very professional and entertaining. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Large resort and plenty to do. The food was superb! The beach was nice and clean. Spa staff was great!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Anlage. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit bis zu 40 Personen, die haben dieses Hotel auf unsere Empfehlung gebucht. Wir waren im großen und Ganzen mit allem zufrieden.Das Personal ist super freundlich. Vor allem möchte ich ein besonderes Dankeschön an die Kellner im Restaurant Yasin Gürsoy und Firat aussprechen, die haben sich jeden Abend um unser Wohl gekümmert ❤️

Cons:

Das Hotel muss sich unbedingt etwas einfallen lassen, wie sie es handhaben mit der Liegen Belegung am Pool. Ich bin jeden Morgen um 7.30 Uhr an den Pools gestanden, die Liegen waren bis zu 80% belegt.

Beach area was pleasent with less people.

Staff were friendly all the time.

It was very crowded, both at the pools and sunbeds. People booked the sunbeds already before 7.00am daily with their towels…

Hotel rooms were a bit old and beds not comfort.

check in was chaotic at reception when arrived, had to wait long time and it was not well organized.
