Еда, сок на завтраке только за отдельную плату, отношение администрации, самое отвратительное это спа, после массажа всего перекосило, сотрудники явно не имели представление о массаже, массажист просто прыгнула коленями мне на позвоночник((( в отеле час не могли найти штопор(((

Pros:

Kompleks znajduje się na dużym terenie, jest mnóstwo atrakcji dla dzieci ( a na tym nam zależało), przy hotelu znajduje się piękna i czysta plaża. Dobra baza wypadowa.Idealne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Osobom, które nie lubią dzieci, z pewnością odradzała bym to miejsce.

Pros:

Our stay started right when the hotel opened for the season. There were far fewer guests than usual (possibly due to the conflict in the Middle East), so we didn’t face any queues for meals or difficulty finding sunbeds by the pool. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The food overall was okay, with a good variety

Cons:

The quality of the drinks was not good. The desserts looked beautiful but tasted disappointing—you could see many people taking a bite and leaving the rest. We booked a family room with a side sea view, but there was actually no sea view. The double bed mattress was very poor, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The room became very bright early in the morning, as there were no blackout curtains. The air conditioning didn’t work well on most nights—this was also the experience of two other families traveling with us. It only worked properly on the last night. I have two teenage children, and they slept on single sofa beds that were quite hard. We found it unreasonable to have to pay extra for fresh juice. The complimentary ice cream was of very low quality, while a better option was available for purchase. It would also be nice if the beach bar served drinks until sunset.

Stort med masser af aktiviteter
Pros:

Hotellet har alt hvad man har brug for. Du er selv uden om det, hvis du går sulten eller tørstig i seng. Personalet var venlige. Pool områderne var gode. Og noget for alle. Super strand med masser af stole.

Cons:

Det var for stort til min smag, da der var langt til f.eks. baren, toiletter mv. og man skulle gå hele poolen rundt for at komme der til. Det var for stressende til buffeten. Det virkede til at der var for lidt personale. Eller for uerfarent. Og ikke nok personale i barerne.

Grosse Auswahl an Speisen und das am Morgen, Mittag und Abend. Sehr coole Pools und sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, egal welches Alter. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nahe am Meer gelegen. Unterhaltungs Program reichlich vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben noch Luft nach oben. Sind eher kein im gegensatz zu den Bildern wo man sieht. Und das mit dem Meerblick ist auch nicht so sehr vorhanden. Mann sieht nur wenig vom Meer, bei einem Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Innsjekk, mat og nattebråket som ikke ble tatt tak i. Fulle folk ved bassenget som bælma alkohol. Og høy musikk sent - det er «barnehotell» ved utsjekk var vaskedama innom tre ganger før 12 for å sjekke om vi hadde dratt

I would like to come back with my big family
Pros:

Modern room, the food was amazing, big respect for the chefs of the hotel. Helpful reception staff. Different activities, nice pool, friendly staff. Me and my husband had a salsa dancing lesson with Mariana and Archery lesson with Ali.

Cons:

I booked a room with one single double bed, but I got 2 single beds! The reception tried to solve the problem but it was solved after one day.
The beach is artificially sandy, when you swim it is small stoned and it goes deeper very fast.
