On the beach, very clean, good food in buffet restaurant.
Drilling and banging from maintenance at 2am and limited car parking. Dining in the themed restaurants was disappointing.

Отдыхаем в данной сети отелей 4-ый раз. Отдыхали всегда в Pegasos club, в этот раз решили остановится в Royal, и очень разочарованы. Номерной фонд очень старый, грязные и убитые номера, на этаже вообще жутко, вонь от сигарет, прокуренный и грязный Ковролин, постоянно скопление грязной посуды на столах для ее сбора, которые не убирали походу вообще. Персонал не особо приветливый на ресепшене. Очень разочарованы, еще и переплатили за такие неудобства.

This is our 3rd time returning to Pegasos royal and every time it has been fantastic. We went as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 10 months. We never normally return to the same hotel but we could not resist as we always have such an amazing time. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. I want to specifically say how fantastic Abdullah, Ümit, Dilara was in the entertainment team. They always went out of there way for us and made my children feel so special honestly cannot thank them enough. I also want to say a massive thank you to the shop owners downstairs, they are always so friendly and always remember us. The food hall staff are also so attentive and work so hard and definitely need some praise too. We always look forward to seeing them when we go and just them alone make us want to return. I’m sure this will not be our last holiday there. We can’t wait to return!
Great family hotel on the beach.
Rooms
- The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable don’t expect luxury it’s built for families if I come again I’d pay for a sea view rather than over looking a busy noisy road.
Staff
- Excellent all very friendly and go above and beyond special mention to Yuseuf in the restaurant he was incredible has a table for us ready with drinks every day without even asking.
Pool
- The pools are all freezing it’s ok once you’re in but it’s a bit of a shock to the system, imagine in the height of summer you would want this, maybe some heating during the winter months would help.
Indoor pool is excellent really large and sun beds all around, good facilities. Every pool has lifeguards safety is a top priority.
Loads of water slides to try out kids loved them.
No pool service for drinks although this might not be the case in high season.
Hotel
- Hotel is spotless everything is kept clean I have been here 10 days not seen one bit of rubbish or a dirty table, the grounds are well kept and the beach is great.
Outside
Couple of bazaars across the road and a small
Bar for the football - you can buy clothes over there but it’s cheaper to go to Alarna Bazzar about 5 mins away they do a free pickup over 650 shops.
All in all great time my only negatives are as follows.
The smell of smoke in the corridors.
Baked Beans are like bullets
We came back here after 4 years and wished we had come back sooner! Gorgeous beach and sea, amazing food, wonderful hospitality, perfect vibe day and night and great evening entertainment. The perfect place to relax and unwind for a week with something for everything or if you want to just do nothing then it's also perfect! We loved it so much that we plan to return next year again. Special shout outs to some exceptional staff at the hotel including Efe on reception desk, Adil in the restaurant and Ricky in the entertainment team who all made our stay extra special.

Hotel Pegasos Royal is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
The hotel has so much to offer - a lot of pools with water slides, tennis courts, archery class, a game centre, SPA with amazing hammam massage, and more. Also, the beach is very close, because the hotel is right next to the seaside.
But the best experience here was meeting THE PEOPLE - whole hotel Staff is extraordinary, especially restaurant chef Tarik - he is the kindest person you will ever meet! Tarik and his whole crew are totally amazing people who are always smiling! If you just smile back, I'm sure they'll make you feel special and take care of you during your stay here!
I recommend staying at the Pegasos Royal - you'll have the time of your life here!
We really like singer Mark Louis, the best!!! Volleyball on the beach is great! Bocca with Bugi is nice! Sand on the beach is great. And of course our international company, we are second time in this hotel, last time we met this time we have planned vocation together 15 person 😀
Gött läge med härlig strand. Lagom långgrunt. Bra att kunna utnyttja alla 3 hotellens (Royal, Resort och Club) faciliteter och barer.
Mycket bra mat även för Vegetarianer och Veganer.
Bra underhållning på kvällarna.
Hade planerat att spela tennis varje dag men det kostade 15€ / timme. De hade 1 grusbana men den var inte i drift (verkar inte ha varit så på länge).
De andra 3 banorna var betong varav bara 1 var brukbar.
Tennistränaren var duktig men utarbetad och längtade till att säsongen var över.
