Зелёная территория. Потрясающая анимация в отеле. За две недели не везде смогли побывать. Ребенку понравилась детская программа , ведущая Даша, видно что с душой подходит и к детям, и к работе! Отдельно и прям с восторгом хотим отметить работу Кристины (стрельба из лука), таких позитивных и ответственных тренеров редко встретишь! Настолько с любовью человек подходит к своей работе!! Мы начинали на рубеже с -10 :) , закончили отпуск с результатом +52.
Теперь о еде... Много , вкусно... дети в восторге.
Рекомендации для Booking, измените описание!!!! Интернет на территории всего отеля бесплатный, достаточно мощный, позволяет звонить по видео связи. Дискотеки так же бесплатные! Стоимость теннисного корта 15 евро/час.
Выступления ребят на вечерних шоу тоже потрясающие!

The hotel is perfect for children. 10/10 in every respect, especially the appearance. The cleaning staff, waiters, lifeguards—the entire hotel team—are great. We recommend the waiter, Husan; he made our entire stay enjoyable; he was very kind and friendly. We'll be back.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the very first day until the moment we left, we felt welcomed, cared for, and at home.

A very special thank you goes to Mahmut Güzel, who made our holiday even more memorable. His kindness, positive energy, and genuine smile brightened every single day. He is not only an incredible member of the staff but also a wonderful person who truly cares about the guests. He always took the time to talk to us, made us laugh, and made us feel like part of the family.

We also want to thank the entire hotel team for their hard work, friendliness, and excellent service. The food was delicious, the rooms were always clean, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was amazing.

This holiday gave us memories that we will cherish forever, and we are already looking forward to coming back.

We visited three years ago and so this was our second time as a family, this time with three kids, including a young toddler. And just as a preface, we LOVED this hotel, but felt that just a few tweaks would make it perfect, because with 3 kids we would struggle to return unless these are implemented

I'll start with the opportunities for improvement first...

With an additional 1.5yr toddler this year, we booked the bigger "Family Suite", because it mentioned on the Nazar website "Two separate bedrooms", we needed this so that our two bigger kids had a room, and a room for us and our baby, plus a lounge area with balcony so that we could relax as adults in the evening.

Unfortunately it's not two "separate" bedrooms, it's an apartment with one bedroom (double bed), and two separate single beds in the main lounge area, therefore once baby was in bed and the big kids asleep, us tired parents had nowhere to relax in peace/privacy, even opening and closing the balcony door was too noisy and the balcony for this room type was tiny. We escalated to the reception but we're told that it's their biggest room, and Nazar refused to do anything about it too, this was our biggest negative for this hotel.

This hotel needs a bigger room option for families with more than 2 kids, 2 actual bedrooms or 3 would be even better, because we'd pay the extra for it. Also, the website needs a floorplan adding for each room type so that there are no surprises.

Next is the bar situation, we've visited other hotels where you can scan a QR by your parasol around the pool and a drink is delivered to you, but at the Pegasos Royal you've never got a bar very close unless you choose to sit next to one of the two outdoors, and it's a big outdoor area. So, more bars would be good, or even better a QR code system/waiter service, to deliver drinks to you - we would even pay extra for the waiter service!

Next, it's a massive family hotel and yet there's not a single indoor play area for young kids with soft play and some basic fun/toys. There are many big lounge areas which are just always empty, these would be an ideal location, especially the one which overlooks the kids pool, it's air conditioned and feels largely unused.

Next, the water-slides turn off at 1700 and that's too early. The days got 43c at times and the kids could barely cope, as the evening approaches it's cooler and an ideal time for water-slides, please consider extending this by just an hour or two.

Finally, the Russians and Middle-Eastern guests seem to think that they are above the "No Smoking" rules around the pool/kids, I had to "tell off" at least 5 individuals to stop smoking and to go to the designated areas because the Life Guards felt that it wasn't their job. I want to see more strictly enforced rules, I don't want my kids near smoke, it's unhealthy, selfish and unfair.

NOW onto the positives, and there are many, but as highlights, the pools are really lovely and really well maintained, the grounds are beautiful and the flowers/decor are all so professionally managed. The hotel is always spotless clean and the food is incredible for an all-inclusive buffet, we didn't once feel that there wasn't something for us all to eat, the options were just fantastic.

The entertainment was also really good, a little late for the smaller kids but it's holiday so it's fine, but perhaps have a bar at the entertainment, otherwise it's a 10 minute roundtrip to the bar and back to get a top-up.

The staff are absolutely brilliant, all so friendly at all times, never hesitating to help and always a smile on their faces. Every single one of the team looked happy to be doing what they do. But the staff that really excelled for us were Deniz at the beach bar, and in the restaurant Zefer, Askin, Evren and Seyit, all of whom made our experience a really positive one.

We also met the General Manager Mr Cemal, incredibly friendly, and he commited to looking at the play area idea.

Overall, if the above improvements actually happen, we would return for a third time to this hotel, so we're keeping our fingers crossed, we really are!

Great hotel, I stayed with my wife and two small children, everything was amazing. I would especially like to mention the beach. I have vacationed in many places in Turkey, but this beach is the best, especially if you are traveling with children.

The staff are amazing especially Zafer, Adil and Askin, they couldn’t do anymore for you 💙 The food is absolutely amazing, fresh quality food and plenty of choice. The whole hotel is clean and tidy. The shops are great 👍 Also a special shout out to Burak in the resort, best cocktails and manners x

We simply love booking this hotel with TUI it has everything to offer. We went last year for two weeks and decided to go back this year for three and it still didn't feel long enough, no e of us were ready to go home.
Rooms are clean spacious and the shower has amazing pressure, balcony was spacious and the views were beautiful.
The flowers and landscaping at the hotel are exquisite.
Value for money is great as the food is amazing l, fresh breads pasta salads beautiful meats. The lady on the pasta bar is lovely and always smiling.
The hotel itself is immaculate and the toilets smell lovely, all the cleaners always say hello and are smiling.
The shoes are amazing we enjoyed them all especially the one with the motorbikes and fire.
Entertainment at the hotel is amazing from foam party's to pool games and discos, big shout-out to Abdullah from the team as he is al aye so smiley pleasant and loves people to have a good time and he is so polite he is a true credit to royal and he is fantastic with children.
Our waiters were amazing Adil Mamut and Mikael especially, they always went the extra mile and our glasses were never empty and we never had a dirty plate near, on our last day they dressed the table with cloths and petals as it was our last dinner we were very sad to leave.
Deniz and Adnan are amazing bar staff and always make you feel welcome.
Lifeguards are great at doing their job at keeping us safe. The beach is so safe for children, clean clear no jellyfish it's fantastic and the sand is beautiful and great for making sandcastles.
The cabbanas were a special treat as you felt like a queen for the day in paradise.
There just aren't enough words to say how much we love this place and all the staff that goes the extra mile to make your holiday special. We cannot wait to come back

Lovely hotel, nice and big with a clean vibe everywhere. Shops and barbers underneath ground level , food was good and the staff were even better , we had hasin raj waiting on us all week very friendly and so helpful with everything we asked for and there was 10 of us , great with the kids in the group also im only sad we never got to say goodbye to him.

3rd year running and has got even better. Big shout out to Adnam and the staff at the Buddha Bar, made every evening like our first.
Another big shout out to Ekin, big fun, big personality and once again made our holiday a pleasure.
Last big shout out to Yusuf in the restaurant, exceptional service and attention to detail.

The place is amazing. Food, and hospitality is unreal. The best bar man is anil who pours unbelievable beer and makes great paradises. Ekin is also great entertainer.

Our holiday has come to an end, but the memories we are taking home with us will stay in our hearts for a very long time.
Our biggest thank you goes to Mahmut Guzel who became much more than just a member of the hotel staff. During our stay, he became our friend, won our hearts, and felt like a member of our family. His kindness, warmth, care, and genuine smile made our holiday even more special. Our little Dávidko especially adored him and looked forward to seeing him every single day. ❤️

Great hotel, perfect clean large rooms. Unfortunately little support for family with three children (we had to take two rooms). The hotel has great WiFi coverage and speed, good coverage of water/beverages around pools and on the beach, all day snack bars, free ice cream (although only soft serve), great variations of food.

Staff were amazing, so friendly, we arrived at 23:30 and the receptionist was so lovely, they have midnight soup available or if you didn’t want that they had pre made lunch bags with a sandwich, piece of fruit a cake and a small drink. The hotel is very clean, cleaners are very vigilant. Food was alright I’m a very fussy eater and still managed to have something everyday. There is a separate kids buffet and seating area if you want to use it. Restaurant staff were excellent especially Ata and Adil, they were so observant for example as soon as they noticed your glass was empty they’d bring you a refill and remembered what everyone in our party drank which was a challenge in itself as we were a group of 10. The waiters and waitresses were also very good, have to give Nevzat a very special mention as he was so good with us all. Only complaint I have is we had a child with a nut allergy with us, although everything is very well sign posted for allergies there wasn’t any desserts he could have as it all contained nuts. Pools are very well maintained and very clean, overall I highly recommend the hotel. There wasn’t much around location wise however if you don’t want to leave the resort you wouldn’t have to as it has everything you need there. We did find a small row of shops and a pharmacy just across the road from the hotel as well. The entertainment was very good as well, we were there for 11 nights in total, only thing that lets it down is that it’s a weekly rotation so we seen the same shows twice. We had 2 big birthdays to celebrate whilst we were there which was no problem for the staff at all they set us a nice table, we paid for the cake and requested it to be nut free which it was, staff brought the cake over and sang happy birthday it was lovely.

As a single mother I went with my daughter to this hotel. We had the best time and felt sooooo safe!!! I was a bit curious how everything would turn out but we had a great time. Everyone was really nice and respectful. Especially Erol the server at the food was really nice and helped us every day. I am thankful for this holliday and will recommend this to everyone!

Stranden var otroligt fin med tillräckligt många lediga solstolar under vårt besök. Men under högsäsong är det säkerligen en utmaning att få solstolar. Poolen var mindre än vi sett framför oss, men fanns tillräckligt med utrymme för barnen att leka på. Man kunde även använda de andra poolerna på hotellen, och de var lite bättre för lek med boll. Men överlag är vi väldigt nöjda med besöket och närheten till havet.

We keep returning here for a reason. Gorgeous sea front location with plenty to do for the whole family of all ages. Year after year we are greeted like family. The hotel is immaculate , the food is delicious and plentiful and the staff are fantastic from start to finish. Adnan and his team in the Buddha bar are brilliant 5* every day.. Everyone is always happy there with a full glass with no waiting ever and a lovely atmosphere.
Tarik in the restaurant is always a pleasure. He always goes the extra mile for everyone which is very much appreciated.
Lots of choice for entertainment in the evening across the hotels We’ll be back again :)
