AQI Pegasos Royal

We arrived at night as a group consisting of a family (two adults and a 3-year‑old child) plus two additional adults. We had booked two separate rooms. Upon entering our family room, we immediately noticed that it contained two separate single beds and a sofa. The beds had a nightstand and lamp between them, making it impossible to combine them into one larger bed.

The next day we raised this issue with the staff, but were told that the family could sleep together on the sofa. This is unacceptable - we paid for a family room, not for sleeping separately or on a sofa. Our 3‑year‑old cannot sleep alone in a bed, and the sofa bed was unsafe and too small. No child bed was provided until we specifically requested one.

Later, we spoke with the manager, who offered free tea, coffee, and soft drinks in the room as compensation. However, every 5‑star hotel we have visited already includes tea and coffee in the room, so this gesture felt inadequate.

Important note: If you book a family room, be aware that you may receive a room with separate beds.

The rooms are outdated and the beds were uncomfortable, even after receiving an extra mattress. This did not meet the standards of a 5‑star hotel. On the positive side, the food in the main restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety and great flavors. We did not book à la carte, as the process was complicated - all meals must be chosen in advance, which is difficult for larger groups. The pools were crowded, but this is expected during high season. Water slides were closed between 12:00-14:00 and after 17:00.

The hotel has no dedicated room or storage space for suitcases. As a result, luggage is left in the reception area, making it look messy and unwelcoming.

Overall Verdict: All in all, a great family holiday with plenty to love, though a few classic resort annoyances and local tourist traps are worth keeping in mind.
The Room & Hotel Standards
• Accommodation: The room was nice, clean, and easily did the job for two adults and two kids (aged 13 and 11).
• Housekeeping: Rooms were cleaned daily (except Tuesdays), and fresh water was bottled and restocked in the fridge every day.
Sunbeds & Pool Area
• Availability: Despite the usual rush, I never had to set a early alarm. Heading down around 8:00 AM, I always managed to secure four sunbeds together.
• The "Towel Reservation" Issue: Unattended reserved beds are still an issue, but the hotel is actively trying to tackle it by removing hotel-owned towels left empty around 2:00 PM.
Food & Dining
• Buffet & Snacks: Food was lovely overall with enough variety for everyone. The pizzas were a massive hit, and the lunchtime chicken kebabs were unreal.
• À La Carte Restaurants: We tried the Italian, Mediterranean, and Turkish options. Having table service was a welcome break from the buffet.
• Waste Warning: You pick your courses, but they bring out tons of extra side dishes that end up sent back untouched—a lot of unnecessary food waste, even if it's delicious.
• Cost: The Mediterranean didn't feel worth the extra charge.
• Policy: The resort limits you to trying just two à la cartes per stay, meaning we missed out on trying Spice. It would be much better if guests could try them all over a longer stay.
Drinks & Bars
• Selection: Standard All-Inclusive drinks were a letdown. The wine tasted like vinegar, the juices were sickly sweet, and no Fanta Lemon for a gin was a major disappointment! I ended up paying for premium drinks quite often to get something palatable.
Evening Entertainment
• Shows: Typical AI fare on a weekly rolling timetable—meaning if you're there for two weeks, you'll see every show twice. The Michael Jackson tribute and the Fire Show were good, but after that, we preferred playing cards in the bar.
Trips, Excursions & Local Area
• Beach Paragliding: Booked directly with the team on the beach. Great value and highly recommended, though be prepared for them to make their real money on the photo packages afterward.
• Shopping & Taxis: High-pressure sales locally make browsing nearly impossible. Be careful with taxis—a driver refused our request to go to Avsallar, claiming it was "rubbish," and took us to a huge, intimidating shopping venue where his friend tried to isolate us upstairs.
• Local Dining:
• Chico: Avoid. We were completely ripped off (£160 for two mains, two kids' pizzas, and four drinks). When challenged, staff played dumb and disappeared with the receipt.
• Tower Bridge: Highly recommended! The owner of the nearby tattoo shop arranged a free shuttle to and from the hotel. Great atmosphere, fun entertainment, and fantastic food.
The Main Negative
• Smoking: Cigarette smoke is everywhere and completely unmanaged. People actively ignored non-smoking signs, blowing secondhand smoke over non-smokers and families. A bit more respect and enforcement from the resort wouldn't go amiss.

Myself and my 2 daughters have just come back from AQI Pegasos Royal for 10 days and we had the most amazing time! We didn’t want to come home!! From the delicious and varied food in the main restaurant each day and the very tasty Turkish Al a carte meal we had, to the fantastic Entertainment team who made each day and evening so much fun! Always pool games for people to join in if they want to and lots of laughter! The water slides were a big hit, the beach just a stone throw from the hotel with the most beautiful clear waters and so warm too! The customer service at this hotel was just great. The staff were so helpful and always with a smile on their faces.The evening Entertainment was always different with fantastic shows on and then more entertainment after at the Buddha Bar. A big shout out to Adhnan who was so cheerful and never let your glass be empty for long before he knew exactly what you had ordered and came over with another drink! We went on the Green Canyon River boat cruise which I would definitely recommend! They also have a foam party on the beach 3 times a week which is lots of fun, especially for the kids! We had the best time!!! thankyou Pegasos Royal for making our stay so wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at Pegasos Royal and thought it was the best hotel of the 3 (though we were delighted to be able to use facilities in all 3 hotels, what a wonderful idea!). Staff were super friendly, which made our holiday special. Special thanks to Adil and Mahmut at the restaurant who took great care of us, remembered our drinks orders and we're always smiley and helpful. Another lots of huge thanks goes to Adnan at the Buddha Bar - an incredible man, who is the heart and sole of the place, it would not be the same without him! Everywhere was very clean, the food was great and we could not have wished for more. We also had a great experience with the Atlantis Dive club (located at Pegasos Club), highly recommended.

Отелем оперируют TUI. Контингент - Западная и Восточная Европа + UK. Хорошее месторасположение. Отличный, чистый, песчаный пляж длиной примерно 1,2-1,5 км. Очень комфортно гулять в любое время суток. Три отеля объединены в одну территорию. Можно ходить везде но питаться только в своем отеле. Чистота в целом ок. Номера старые но чистые и ухоженные. Ванна и душ в хорошем состоянии. Анимация и шоу - все как положено. Еда! Еда на 8,5 баллов. Вообще учитывая уровень отеля, стоимость и соотношение цена/качество, еде можно поставить 9,5 баллов смело. Разнообразие, качество и вкус - отличные! Кровати удобные, кондиционеры работали. Обслуживание тоже ок.

Wat ons het meest beviel was dat de hotel aan zee was. Fijne zandstrand, perfecte ligging.

Jak powiedziałem, że łóżko jest tak twarde, że nie da sie na nim spać, to przynieśli dodatkowy materac. Ciśnienie wody w kranie ma chyba z 10 atmosfer, niektórym może splukać tatuaże ;)

We had a wonderful 10 days at the royal! We haven’t been all inclusive or to Turkey for 10 years but decided to go for a relaxing, no cooking holiday.

I must first mention the lovely staff in the restaurant especially Tarik! What a lovely member of staff you have there, so polite and kind and could not do enough for you. I hope you can pass on our thanks.

You have access to all 3 hotel pools which was a bonus as we preferred the middle pool (though please enforce no smoking round the pool, it’s so unfair on non-smokers!) In July it was busy but I’m an early riser so went to the pool at 7:30 for a coffee and read in the quiet. I think if you came after breakfast you’d struggle to find a sunbed but there seemed to be plenty on the beach.

The beach was lovely and sandy with crystal clear warm waters and felt safe as the life guards were very on it.

The food in the restaurant was amazing! Such a wide choice for all tastes, freshly cooked and you didn’t feel like anything had been recycled from previous meals.

We’re not really animation fans so just sat in the bar after dinner but from what we could see it was busy there.

Rooms a bit dated and tired and get a sea view if you can as the road is noisy but you can’t hear it with the patio door shut. However we only slept in the room and it was very clean so all good.

The whole hotel was spotless, the staff work very hard.

All in all a brilliant holiday!

Had a lovely week at the royal with my friend and her granddaughter, rooms where a little dated but where very clean ,beds where very comfy shower was very good and powerful paid for a sea view room which was really nice .
The hotel was spotless and gardens where well kept ..pool area I felt was a little cramped felt like everyone was on top of each other I prefer a bit more space to move my sunbed around but that’s my preference. The beach was really nice the water was so warm and clear we spent everyday at the beach and it was nice to have a private beach .
The staff make this hotel they work none stop I never seen any staff just standing around talking they where always doing something , they where all very polite and friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them , the tables where always cleared very quickly and cleaned never waiting for a table and the hotel was very busy . The food was really good there was so much choice one of the best choices I have seen and even though it was really busy they replenished the food very quickly when it was running out which I was impressed by . The entertainment for the children was good and we seen some really good acts of a night as well .overall it was a very good hotel especially if you have children there is something to keep them occupied with the beach ,pools, slides and mini discos and kids club .
Special mention to Efe on reception who was so kind and helpful sorting our ipad to work also Mahmut in the restaurant who always got us our table and drinks everyday .

Sok a gyerekeknek a csúzda. Jó a medencék hőfoka és tiszták a medencék is.
Jók az ételek , bő a választék,nem unalmasak / nem egyhangúak. Külön főztek nekem gluténmentes tésztát is , csak kérni kellett a séftől Bárjaik hajnali 1 -ig vannak nyitva.Jó a kids clubjuk. Esténként van mindig minidisco, majd azt követően a felnőtteknek műsor . Finom a csavaros fagyijuk napközben . Ha délután vagy este indul a géped hazafele, akkor ott tudsz maradni a szállodában még , van lehetőségük a vendégeknek szobán kívül letusolni , és átöltözni , hajat szárítani. Ingyenesek a napágyak. Egész nap van kávé , és többféle szénsavas üdítő és gyümölcslevek.
