Pros:

cleaning staff did not makeup my room and left garbage unemptied and dirty towels in the room, bed unmade, then acted like i was the problem when i asked them to empty the bin at 10pm. poor location too - freeway noise all night in a rather dodgy part of town.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

I like the fact that this hotel is clean. The pictures are accurate description of the hotel. The reviews reflect the stays that were actual not paid lying reviews. I do pick Spark hotels often. However, I wish that all hotels would be required to upgrade their mattresses to 2026 and have memory foam people with bad backs need better beds, which is most of the world just saying.

Clean, modern, close to highway but loud and not in a great town.
Pros:

We travel with our dog, so that was our primary reason for choosing this location. The rooms are large, clean and modern. All the soaps and conditioners were filled to the top and there were plenty of towels to go around. Front staff were incredibly friendly.

Cons:

The included breakfast is only a bagel bar and selections are limited.

Loud. The neighbors above were running all night and the neighbors beside had the TV on full while FaceTime-ing friends, yelling to compete with the TV. We asked for a different room but they couldn’t move us because all of the rooms were sold out due to the mass shooting that happened hours before.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable, noise proof, clean and when I booked got a great rate. Staff was friendly and also provided IHOP coupon.

Cons:

Breakfast options were not great and when booking rates increased.

Really good hotel!
Pros:

Really clean and the staff really polite! Sure will stay again

Cons:

They don’t offer full breakfast like other hotels but they do have bagels and cereal and oatmeal but will love if they will offer hot breakfast but other then that it was ok
