Pathetic management. No confirmation on room reservation/receipt. I booked Luxury Suite via Expedia but was provided with a normal room upon check-in since luxury suite was "not available" even after reservation.

On reaching hotel, my experience was Horrible.
Total unprofessional while handling. I booked 2 luxery rooms and in hotel for approx 1 hour they were negotiating with me to give Deluxe room for Luxary room. (Reason: they don't have luxury room available). They were showing me various pathetic rooms in name of luxury rooms.
Not recommended.
