One of rooms had to move due to noise level. Once in new room, pulled covers back and blood was on sheets. They sent someone up right away to place new sheets on bed but we shouldn’t have had to see it. They should have noticed when making bed.

My Bed was totally uncomfortable uneven,did not sleep well at all, slept horizontally at bottom of Bed ,totally uncomfortable 🙃

Pros:

Great location and excellent experience, would've loved a complimentary breakfast use to that at other reservations, hopefully we can make that happen for a exceptional experience.

The hotel staff ripped me off of $250
Cons:

Courtyard by Marriott at Jacksonville manager Kala fraudulently charged $250.00 to my credit card, after I had checked out. When I called inquiring why, the manager stated it was for the room smelt if cigarette smoke.. I do not smoke, I did not smoke and I did not smell any smoke upon entering my room for my 2 night 3 day stay. The hotel, specifically the manager is a fraud and common thief.
