Die Lage

Cons:

Der Check-in verlief unorganisiert und die Kommunikation an der Rezeption gestaltete sich schwierig. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, jedoch roch das Badezimmer stark nach Abfluss und die Bettwäsche wies einzelne Flecken auf. Am Abend kam es zudem zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung auf dem Flur, der später sichtbar verschmutzt war.

Die Zusatzkosten für Parkplatz und Hund wurden erst nachträglich mitgeteilt. Die Bezahlung sollte ausschließlich bar erfolgen, obwohl Kartenzahlung laut Hotelstandard möglich sein sollte. Bei der Abreise war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, sodass ich den Betrag ohne Quittung bei der Frühstücksmitarbeiterin hinterlassen musste.

Insgesamt sehe ich insbesondere bei Organisation, Kommunikation und Service Verbesserungsbedarf.
