Óptima localização e acesso aos transportes públicos.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, a estação Galluswarte fica a 5 min a pé, onde passam 4 linhas de comboios urbanos (S-Bahn) em direcção ao centro da cidade. O eléctrico, que também vai em direcção ao centro, fica a 7 min a pé. A zona é calma. A estadia no hotel teve um significado pessoal muito especial para mim: eu vivi os primeiros 16 anos da minha vida nesse prédio antes de se transformar em hotel. Muitas memórias vieram à tona. Felizmente aproveitaram o que ainda estava funcional em vez de demolir e substituir tudo.

Cons:

Sugiro equipar as kitchenettes com micro-ondas. Sugiro também dar umas pinceladas em algumas paredes (sobretudo na casa da banho) para disfarçar marcas e manchas deixadas pelos hóspedes.

Pour ce prix. Je ne m attendais pas a cela. Je pensait voir une vraie réception avec bar, restaurant. Je n avais rien prévu a manger avec moi. J ai pas osé mettre les pieds dehors le soir. Le bâtiment on dirait des logements sociaux . La réception est dans une sorte de contenaire et c est la qu on vous invite a voire de la eau ou du café car rien dans les chambres. Une première pour moi tout cela.

Nos alojamos durante la Feria Messe Frankfurt y, aunque entendemos que en esas fechas todos los alojamientos incrementan sus precios, lo que pagamos no se corresponde con los servicios ofrecidos.
No se trata de lo que en España se considera un hotel. Es simplemente un edificio con habitaciones, cuya “recepción” consiste en una caseta de obra situada en la calle. Esta información no aparece claramente indicada y nos resultó muy decepcionante, ya que no buscábamos apartamentos turísticos, sino un hotel propiamente dicho, y este alojamiento no lo es.
Además, el edificio no dispone de ascensor, un detalle importante que tampoco se comunica con suficiente claridad.
