Nice Place - Would Stay Again
Pros:

Hotel was nice...room was nice...location was nice...being in the same hotel as the conference was nice...staff was nice and helpful...breakfast was good.

Awesome Experience at the Hyatt House Hotel in New Orleans!
Pros:

The location was ideal as it was right next door to the Superdome for the graduation ceremonies. I have stayed at this hotel before and have always had an awesome experience. The room was very clean and well kept. The views were great. The breakfast provided was great as well. The staff was amazing. Pleasant, professional, helpful at all times. I was there for an entire week, and all of the staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

There were no issues. Everything was great. No complaints at all.

It was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! Room was a nice size

Cons:

No free parking. No smoking areas. Navigating exactly where the hotel is was kind of difficult. We also didnt get the extra towels and cover we asked for before arrival.

Loved the city view.
Pros:

The location close to the Smoothie King Center was perfect. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The virtual kitchen was great because it rained and we didn’t have to leave to get a late dinner.

Cons:

It was confusing getting from our room to the main entrance of the building to meet an uber or our friends.

Pros:

Nice room poor prices and nasty staff
Cons:

The staff female staff was very rude to me. I complained about my vehicle not being valet in a timely manner and was still charged full price. My tire was tampered with and nobody wanted to show proof of video.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location away from the crowd, but easy walking distance to the fun. Great staff, clean room, very good breakfast buffet, quiet, great view, nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

Fantastic location in Downtown, valet service individuals were courteous and prompt.

Cons:

No fault of anyone but the elevator situation was a tad confusing, having to go from ground to the 11th floor and switch elevators to get to the floors with rooms. Other than that everything was good
