Pros:

The location is amazing for the Superdome; the beads are wonderful and very clean rooms. The security of the rooms from the lobby are great. Very nice and wonderful staff.

Cons:

I don't have anything bad to stay. We loved everything about the place.

I will always choose this hotel/location when I visit New Orleans.
Pros:

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The rooms are always nice and clean. The proximity of the hotel to the concert that we were attending was amazing. The breakfast is also a plus and a must to visit in the morning. The staff is always pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

The cost of parking is a tad bit excessive.

Close to Smoothie King Center
Pros:

Closeness to the Smoothie King Center within walking distance. Pillows were exceptional goose down. Very nice breakfast. Exceptional view from the main business and dining area. Liked that parking garage connected to the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. Liked everything. Was a little confusing exiting the parking garage and figuring out take this elevator, not that one. But, it wasn't terrible
